I liked a number things. The hotel is very scrupulously cleaned regularly. The lobby/breakfast area is welcoming and pleasant and not cluttered. The rooftop patio is an excellent bonus that gives a great view of sundown and the surroundings. The bed was super comfortable. And the big plus was the staff. They were always kind, efficient, courteous. I had a very pleasant interaction with the actual owner and he went out of his way to book transport for us to the airport. An altogether pleasant stay and i have no hesitation in recommending D’Element Hotel

Initially, i was a little concerned that it seemed somewhat distant from the airport. But, that turned out to be a huge plus! The hotel really isn’t that far away from the airport and it is removed from the main road, another plus. I thought it was dark from the center of town but again i was wrong… it took me only 20 minutes to walk into the center of town. So, there really isn’t anything to be critical of.

Quite neighborhood withing walking distance of the shops, friendly staff, clean room, hot water with good pressure, ample parking.

Breakfast was basic with no choice on what was offered (rice, 1 egg, 1 piece of fish) and served cold.

Nestled (not too far) away from the city's hustle and bustle, it provided the perfect escape into nature. One of the highlights of my stay was waking up to the breathtaking views of the Cordillera Central Mountains every morning. The vistas were simply mesmerizing and added an extra dimension to the stay, making it an unforgettable experience. However, what truly set D'Elements apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Their warm hospitality and friendliness were beyond compare. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The team's attentiveness and genuine care truly elevated my stay and made it remarkable. My time at D'Elements Hotel and Dormitory was an absolute joy. The combination of the serene location, stunning mountain views, and the remarkable staff made my stay truly exceptional and memorable. The absence of clear cautionary signage or indicators on the main entrance steps could potentially pose a trip hazard, especially in poor lighting. I kindly suggest adding caution stickers or markers on these steps to enhance guest safety and prevent any possible accidents.
