Enjoyed our stay

The house was a nice house, but it had a lot of marks on the walls on the games didn’t work and there was crumbs inside the drawers of the kitchen but the house is a nice house. It’s just I feel that when people come in and out that the walls being that messed up could’ve been painted

When we arrived we noticed a LARGE wasp nest near the front door. They were aggressive and flying all around us, we had a 2 year old with us so this made it very scary. We informed the host of this and he immediately apologized, and stated he did not notice it when he “dusted” by the front door however there was so much cobwebs by the front door, inside the home, the corners of each and every single wall, nothing has been dusted in this house for a LONG time. We started noticing how unclean this home was when we laid down on a bed and immediately got itchy, and started looking at the baseboards of the home and they were absolute filth. Dirty random socks under the couch, makeup left from prior guests.Me and my family spent an hour cleaning the baseboards. The next huge problem was the sink. When we started washing dishes we noticed there was a large rug in the kitchen that had become extremely damp, when we looked further we noticed a constant drip coming down one of the lower cabinets under the sink.when we opened it we realized that the pvc pipe was not connected,water was FREEFLOWING and making a huge mess. I contacted the host and he immediately apologized, we made a trip to Home Depot and fixed this ourselves. The home has potential but needs a deep clean. A partial refund is expected for the cleaning fee. Also forgot to mention the numerous amount of scuffs and marks on the wall that were already there.

Plenty of room and comfortable for 8 people.

First off, this is a beautiful home! It’s 4 bedrooms with a wonderful sized kitchen and dining area. Upon entrance, there is a game room to the side. My children thoroughly enjoyed this and kept entertained. There were a few flaws with the home. The refrigerator did not cool even with the door closed correctly. The freezer works great! It had everything that we needed with an exception of storage containers or baggies for left over food. The communication with the host was fantastic. The host answered my questions promptly and was flexible when needed. Beautiful home and was a nice place for us to stay while in the area.

Outside of the small minor wear&tear that i gave the host an heads up about...this house is very beautiful & spacious. It accommodated everyone good..where we didn't feel like we was sitting right over each other. One of the days of my stay the Host gave me the ok to host my birthday brunch & the kitchen & living area gave us plenty of room. My boys enjoyed the video game room. The host was good with keeping the communication going with me. I would definitely stay again & recommend it to anyone. The main street looked kinda sketchy but once you turn on the neighborhood street it is all new builds..so don't let that be the reason you don't stay ...because it is a very quiet neighborhood. I definitely have saved this on my list to stay again.

We had 7 adults staying at this property for a long weekend and everyone was overall fairly pleased with the property. The description of the property was pretty accurate and it was very clean. The bedrooms were good sizes and the beds were comfortable. The only but big negative was that the refrigerator door was broken and had a sign on it to push it very hard to get it closed which you could tell had been there for quite some time. Since the door would not close and seal properly, we could not get groceries and prepare meals at the home because the food would not stay cold enough. Even our drinks were warm. We enjoyed our stay and would probably stay here again as long as the refrigerator was replaced.
