Nicely run olace. Staff is super friendly and the chef makes a killer säegg scramboe for the breakfast.

The internet connection and TV was not working in the room. Breakfast opened at 7 am, but no warm food was prepared and only some of the cold alternatives.
When breakfast is from 7-10, my expectations is that everything is prepared and ready from 7.

The bad thing was the parkering

Hotel is very mediocre, very cramp, no room to move around much. Advertising smart TV 73 inch but there is a small, not smart Tv.
Bathroom design is terrible, there isn’t a single shelf or hook for toiletries, and no rack for towels in the bathroom. The shower recess has no barrier or even a cheap curtain, after a shower the whole bathroom and toilet are drenched. There is also fault advertisement for free Carpark. The hotel provides about 6 car spaces, and there never seems to have any available car parking space. We booked a room for 3 and we asked to have the sofa bed made up. Not only the sofa bed wasn’t made up, we have to ask the reception staff twice before someone ran around a long time to find us some sheets and a duvet.
I would not recommend this hotel considering the poor service and the terrible room and bathroom design.

Free parking. But only very limited parkingspaces. Choosed the hotel because of free parking. But there where only about 10 parking spaces.

All very good except for two minor points. Restocking of the room consumables rather hit and miss. No English Breakfast teabags at breakfast, which otherwise was excellent.

It was a nice hotel with very nice staff who was attentive to my needs and serviced me right away. The breakfast was especially good and I daresay it was the best smoothie I have ever had, really good compliments to the chef!

I really loved the stay here. The breakfast was amazing, the room was gorgeous and the service was excellent! I am definitely coming back! And the location was also super convenient!
There were minor cleaning parts that were not up to my expectations when I first got the room, and the last day during check out I found a used snus container under the bed which is still there (room 207). Also it got very hot in the room and there was no way to cool it down since the ac did not work properly and I couldn’t open the window. So the temperature was quite high constantly which I heard other guests also asked about. But I took cold showers to cool myself down. But that is fixable so for upcoming guests it won’t be an issue I suppose.
I would have wished for a small fridge for my smoothies that I drank in the evening because they got very warm after an hour due to the room temperature being so high.
But other that that I still think it was 10/10! The service was amazing and everyone was so kind!
I really loved this hotel! Also the lunch was super delicious!!! And they really try to give you that little extra to make you feel happy! Once again I really loved it!

Relatively new hotel a short walk from IKEA, other shopping, and a good garden centre. Most of the area is commercial with pleasant housing to the east of the commercial complex. Nice reception area / restaurant area and very good breakfast. Friendly staff.
