People who met us there were friendly and kind. They cooked special non spicy vegetarian meals for us and it was good. Room was clean and had wonderful view to the mountains. I really suggest not to stay in Ella town itself but go up to the hill at least a little bit. View is fantastic! They have a place for car thought the road is very steep. Please mind the power cuts as they don't have generator. But they provide enough light in the room when power is off (chargeable lamp). We were with our son (2,5years old) and he had opportunity to play near the house what was really nice after long hours travelling in the car.

It was just by the road. When cars and tuks are passing by noise from horning is very loud. You will hear everything what is going on the road. Don't forget to lock the doors as you are on the main road! :) There were also big red ants in the toilet. Inside the toilet :)) but problem was solved when we flashed the water couple of times :D of course they came back in a while :D please also mind that moisture in the bathroom is biiiiiiig and towels needs to be hanged somewhere else so they can dry. We were there in March, maybe on other month it is different. But overall our stay was good there.

Hosts provided great homemade food. Very helpfull and open owners family. And of course a wonderfull view from our balcony.

It was very quiet.

Less comfortable. it was just a room. no any view or even a small garden. Even had to park the vehicle in the outside road.

The rooms where fabulous and the people are very friendly and we had a great breakfast in the morning
