The bed was comfortable, the front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect. A good mix of traditional breakfast food and filipino food.

My room did not have hot shower water. The water got luke warm at the hottest temperature. The blanket was comfortable but really hot. It made me sweat when using it.

The staff are great. Breakfast is superb. Location is good. The room is spacious. The swimming pool is big.

The internet connection was slow and it went out during the evening of our stay.

For a short break to see in the New Year with another family, the hotel was very suitable and very convieniently located, just a short walk from the busy seafront / restaurant area. 4th floor room was quiet, breakfast buffet was good, easy to park & staff at reception really polite and friendly. The kids loved the pool, so much so we might have been better requesting a pool side room, but no problems

It was comfortable and the staff was great, always! Good breakfast! It was a good location.

The WiFi is not great and the room was not made great the second time. I think it was due to staffing on holiday but that was the issue.
