My husband, his cousin and I spent 10 days at A Salty Retreat. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. It had everything you needed to enjoy your vacation, from kitchen supplies to beach wagon and chairs. The location was a short walk to restaurants and the beach. Lauren was helpful and great to work with. Will definitely stay here when we return to Fort Meyers Beach.

This paradise is a wonderful place to stay.....location..location...location. you don't have to deal with beach traffic as it is a minute walk to the sandy, beautiful beach. Short walk to Time square and Margaritaville. The beach wss hopping but not crowded even if the water was chilly. Lots of outdoor restaurants and beach bars and music filled the air. You can see the destruction fron the hurricane but there is plenty to do. We went Lover's Key park, Lakes park, Dolphin sunset cruise, pirate cruise. Walks on beach early in morning and moonlight walks as well. Lauren was the perfect host. She was very accommodating and even answered out call on Christmas day when the pool wasn't running. She walked me through how to reset timer and came out next day to check on it. The kitchen is well equipped as we ate most of our meals there. She provided luxurious towels for beach, pool and shower. Cooler, beach toys, chairs and beach wagon made our daily walk to the beach very enjoyable. The backyard with heated inground pool and palm trees was like a private resort.

It's roomy, comfortable, close to beach and restaurants. The pool is not huge, but our kids used it a lot. It's big enough to entertain. Would definitely rent again.

We had a great week at this property. Location is excellent-walk to beach with wagon provided, chairs & coolers included. very convenient. Beds very comfortable, house well stocked. We were happy.

Great location, easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. The house has everything you need to go the beach (towels. chairs, umbrella). Ron was great to work with and allowed us late check out when our flight was changed. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful home with plenty of space and structured to make guests feel comfortable. The beach is a short walk away and there are various things to bring to the beach. The pool area is great for having fun along with a barbecue. This house came with a everything you need to have a good time. Highly recommend. Thank you Ron. We had great time!!! The house was perfect and the pool was very nice. We love to walk so the beach was nice. We especially liked how close we were to restaurants and night life. We could to walk to anything we liked. The owner was quick to respond to emails or texts. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful home! Comfortable furniture, inside and out! Very clean and inviting!

The location was great for walking to the beach and near by stores. The pool, pool area, and house was perfect for those who wanted to come and go as they pleased or wasn't as interested in the beach/ocean. The lanai was great for evening meals and enjoying time outside of the sun. The owners were easily reachable and very accommodating. Great place for families! We can see ourselves renting again.

This beach cottage is a perfect location for fun and relaxation. It was an outstanding facility. Ron was fabulous and responsive from the beginning of the booking through check-out. We had so much fun as a family and will return for sure!

Starting off, Ron was super informative and easy to get ahold of. The stay was everything you could ask for. Beautiful property with everything just bringing you swimsuit. Then there's the location; it's right where you want to be. You can walk to everything. Our group has been to many VRBOs and some in Florida, but this is our favorite by far. Thanks, Ron. it was a wonderful stay. I know we'll be back!

We spent hours going over the reviews before booking this house for our stay during the WWBA Perfect Game Championship in Ft Myers. It was perfect! This house exceeded our expectations. Super clean, loved the upstairs and downstairs sleeping arrangements. Having kitchens on both levels was very convenient. The house was decorated so well and there was even a wagon outside with beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. I can’t think of any negatives and that is rare. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great! The house got out family of five perfect.

The house worked out so nicely for our family of adults. We enjoyed the pool and the amenities so much we didn’t go to the beach!! Had everything we needed! Ron and the cleaning service were very accommodating in allowing us to check in early. Only negative was the mattresses could be replaced,too soft for our preferences. Had a great time at the house and would recommend it to others! Sue

The property itself is great, more than enough room for our party of 6 to enjoy. Great location in close proximity to beach access and restaurants. Pool was also great with plenty of chairs and room to lounge around. Only 2 complaints; Could have used extra paper towels, tissues, toilet paper…had to purchase some delivered while there. All other supples were plentiful. Upon arrival we discovered many dead caterpillar-like bugs inside the house so we had to go around and clean all of that up. Overall a great place to stay! Side note: It is very sad to see all the devastation from Hurricane Ian in 2022, hopeful everyone can rebuild sooner than later. Every single local person we encountered was kind, friendly and happy to see us and very thankful for our patronage.

The house is in an amazing location and within walking distance to most amenities! The accommodations at the property are outstanding and make for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

We stayed at this property from 9/4 to 9/9. We had a group of 8 people including myself and my husband, our four children, and my parents. The check-in process was extremely easy, and the owner reached out to make sure we didn't have any questions prior to our visit. The property was very clean and very well stalked when we arrived. Our family really enjoyed the pool and it was less than a 3 minute walk to the beach. We really appreciate that there were beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and beach toys for the kids available at the house. It is about a 10 minute walk to Time Square where there is entertainment, food and shopping available. Overall the property was perfect and we hope to return in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! We chose the perfect spot for a family vacation. We enjoyed the house, the grill, the pool, the kitchen, and all of the extra commodities Ron provides for his guest. The location of this house was also perfect low traffic and a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to all kinds of excitement and only a few feet away from beach access!! The house was spotlessly clean and Ron was very accessible and considerate of our needs leading up to our stay. Definitely a great place to stay!

Immaculate and neat residence for a week's stay. Ron was easily accessible and was prompt in communications. Overall very squeaky clean except for the front open mesh patio/dining room which triggered dust allergies for me and was down for a day. Pool was very good. In fact, the pool was cleaned without even disturbing us. Trash/Recycling was taken care of!! The kitchen was fully furnished and really enjoyable. We just had to get groceries delivered from near Publix if you want to cook on your own. Kids spent most of their time in the pool and enjoyed it a lot!! Overall, it was awesome and would rent it again.

This house is in a perfect location to the ocean, stores and restaurants. The owner was so great to deal with. Our family had such a fun time and we loved the pool in the backyard. The house was very clean. When we go back to Fort Myers Beach again I would definitely rent this house again.

Owner went above and beyond with communicating with us and checked on us periodically to ensure all is well. Check In/Out procedure was very well detailed and was easy to follow. Home was well stocked with items for the beach and pool. Our family will stay in the future if available...

Great Location! All of our needs were met!

The house was as advertised! Located in the heart of everything! Beautiful beaches, great restaurants, cool shops, and plenty to do. The pool at the house was a popular hangout place both in the pool and on the deck. Very nice house with three full baths along with 3 bedrooms. Perfect place for a family or, like us, a great place to vacation with old friends. The customer service was great from the time we reserved the house until the very last day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Property was in a great location. Minutes from the beach local restaurants and shopping. Very comfortable and couldn’t ask for more. Parking was great plenty of chairs and umbrella to take to the beach. I would absolutely rexommend this house!
