The room is small but nicely arranged. Comfortable for what we need

We were in room 401,corner room . Did not sleep at all , the hotel sits on a intersection that is very busy.. Sirens, loud motorists and motorcycles. We stay an overnight to get closer to the airport. Other than the extremely loud outside traffic , the place was nice

Very nice and affordable

Nice property near the cruiseport and the airport. We have stayed in Aloft hotels in other cities. We know what to expect and this property was no different. A little noisy outside but it’s on a busy thoroughfare. Rooftop bar was closed which was a shame and the restaurant didn’t open until 4pm but all in all it met our expectations.

The hotel was great. However the valet was not needed and over priced. If you are staying at this hotel park at the crown hotel next door and save yourself 20 dollars.

The staff was very nice and professional. They satisfied our needs immediately - more pillows, valet very nice, shuttle ride was free and very good, helped with our luggage.

Only two items that we did not like. 1: heater/ac unit at the foot of bed. When it turned on you felt it blowing on you in bed. Need to find a diffuser so that it would blow downwards. 2: AIr return near the ceiling stayed on all night and was loud. Could not get a good sleep.

The rooms was nice, the location is great and the shuttle service was much appreciated.

I did not receive the room I selected and paid for. Very disappointed that they didn't honor my selection due to me booking from hotels.com not only was I was the 3rd floor, I was right on the terrace looking at the storage and mercedes dealership. Street side is very loud, I would not recommend that side as to why I chose city view. Aloft in my city would never treat you as such just because you book from a 3rd party. Room was great as always. Staff was nice just not helpful. I will not recommend this location nor stay again due to the lack of accountability. They still got paid and I never received what I selected.

I was told to call a particular number for the shuttle. I arrived at 11:45 pm, exit terminal 3, and called. Nobody answered. I tried again, nobody answered. I tried a different extension and finally got someone and orderded the shuttle at midnight. By 12:15 i called again as other hotel shuttles had come and gone 3 times. They finally arrived at 12:30!! 45 minutes later. They claim i was at the wrong terminal but the signs clearly showed 3. The ride to the hotel was exactly 6 minutes!!! Why did i wait 45 minutes at midnight??? Check in was ok, wi'fi was spotty though. Overall, not a good experience.

New hotel Quick 5-10 minute ride from Ft Lauderdale Airport on free hotel shuttle to the property. Limited bar menu and snacks are available. Shuttle service available to Ft Lauderdale cruise port close by. You can see the cruise ships from top floor of hotel- pool area. Highly recommend

I had a great stay waiting for my cruise. Had a great time hanging out at the bar that night. Bed was comfy. It was clean. Definitely a great buy.

I booked the hotel through hotels.com and in this website doesn’t say anything about the valet parking however when we got to the property that was the only option available and it was a charge of $35 per night which it’s very expensive. I walked to the front desk and the staff were very rude trying to explain that in their website it’s stated the nightly reate but not in Hotels.com. I got in contact with an agent using the chat option but conversation was ended without a solution and I am now not able to get back to the chat and I’m Not willing to pay the $35 since I was not aware of it.

Awesome room for an amazing price. Everything felt new and modern. Super clean and spacious everywhere. Rooftop bar and hangout space. Delicious food. There are games including a pool table that was in great condition.

Was stranded during Hurricane Milton, and they easily helped me to extend my stay. Saw lots of people sheltering at the Hotel with their Pets as well. The hotel team was Kind, Understanding, & Helpful. The rooms themselves and the Lobby Facilities absolutely stellar. Highly Recommend to anyone long term or just passing through. Would stay there again Anytime. Thank You

The room was small but sufficient. The bed too soft and quilt too hot.

We booked a Corner View Room where we could see the port with the cruise ship. The first room the young lady put us in wasnt what i booked. I went down to let her known and at first she was trying to tell me it was a corner view room and i told her it wasn't and she try and say that all the rooms are and when i told her that it was false advertising then she happened to find a room available that was what i booked. After this incident everything else was great. The view of the port with the cruise ships and it must have been a car show in the area there was a lot of exotic cars driving around the area. The rooftop pool and lounge was a great place to chill.

The property was really nice, one of the nicer alofts I’ve stayed in, but the parking/valet situation was a mess and in my opinion, a bit unnecessary. The valet attendants were great and really tried to work with me, applauds to them, but if I’m staying at an Aloft, I’m not looking for a resort experience, there’s no need for mandatory valet. There was plenty of room for a self park lot and a valet lot. I would have happily paid $15-20 to park my car myself and have access immediately being that I was staying there on business and needed my car immediately. Rather than having to pay the $35 plus tip, for the fellas to drive the car over to me about 200 ft from the front door. superfluous, an opportunity for up charge for sure. Not a fan. Aside from that, when I first got to the room, I washed my hands and the sink wouldn’t drain, but I told them downstairs and they fixed it immediately. Not a big problem at all. The only problem I had was I asked the concierge about a ride to the port in Miami and he said they would but it was $150.00 for me and my sister. He discouraged me calling a Uber because of how busy the port of Miami is. But we came back to Fort Lauderdale in a Uber for only $50.00. I feel like I was cheated.

The staff is very friendly. I like that it is close to the airport and the cruise port, which is the main reason I picked this hotel. It's very clean and smells good! :) I would definitely come back. The overall experience was great!

Front desk staff are nice but I don’t think they have been trained well. They don’t keep cash available for change—I needed change of a $20 to leave a tip for housekeeping. Instead of telling me to ask the valets, they told me to ask the person who runs the cruise excusions—and there was a long line of people ahead of me at the cruise desk, all of whom were paying with cards so the possibility they had change was highly unlikely. If I was working the front desk I might have known that the valets probably had change and I’d have called down to prepare them—or I’d make sure the front desk had change. Take care of housekeeping, Aloft!
