Rooms didn’t have refrigerators.

The staff were great, and the location was within walking distance of the city area.

The rooms were not cleaned properly, some areas were dusty and the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned for a while. Overall, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and amenities of the room.

Where do I start….. first of all you don’t have any WiFi. We asked three times for the WiFi password and they said there’s no WiFi cause of the rain… and when we asked another worker they said they don’t have any WiFi at all and they tried deleting it of the booking website but it won’t work.. so that was the first false promise. NO AIRCON OR FAN…. We had a fan and AC but it didn’t work!! The AC kept going off plus they said they didn’t have the remote for it.. later on when it was unbearable cause of the heat we went down to reception and asked if they can do anything about it and all of a sudden they found a remote.. the AC worked for literally 5 minutes and kept turning off afterwards… so it was a freaking hot night with hardly any sleep as there was also dogs outside barking the whole night… The workers were friendly and polite but unfortunately there were just too many things happening which is why we left after one night… Unfortunately we didn’t get any money back… which we still think isn’t fair

Grosser Pool, relativ gute Lage. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, aber ziemlich hilflos.

Das Zimmer war nicht bereit und obwohl das Hotel praktisch leer war wollte man uns das dunkelste Zimmer mit Sicht auf eine Betonwand geben. Nach etwa zweistündigen Hin und Her hatten wir endlich eine Bleibe für die Nacht. Wir mussten Teezubehör, Seife, Toilettenpapier etc. einzeln verlangen. Der neue Fernseher funktionierte nur auf chinesisch, der Haartrockner hatte den falschen Stecker. Das versprochene Restaurant existiert nicht. Wir mussten 20 Minuten mit der Taschenlampe durch das dunkle Quartier gehen, um einen Ort zum Abendessen zu finden. Das versprochene free Wifi gab es auch nach mehrfacher Nachfrage nicht, auch nicht in der Lobby. Man hat uns dann gegen Bezahlung Telefonkarten angeboten. Der grüne Garten auf den Fotos existiert nicht mehr, er wurde zubetoniert. Das Management war abweisend. Die Bezahlung in Cash erfolgte bevor wir das Zimmer gesehen haben, ebenfalls mussten wir 3000 VT Deposit hinterlegen, falls wir einen Schaden anrichten! Wir sind über sechzig Jahre alt und keine randalierende Jugendliche.
