Guy is a scammer and piece of crap..He not o my kept our deposit he kept all our $ than threatened us..The door to get inside the dwelling was broke because the lock and door was busted into..There were condom wrappers and needles all over the place …It’s shared between 4 other people…It’s a crack house just off the Golden mile …Bad location and as bad as bad gets .The property owner threatened us for not staying and became very violent because we ask for a refund ..We looked at the property before he arrived and that angered him…Because it was tore to pieces and nasty..We said no Ty and he went crazy…I literally thought I was going to have to shoot him..We were polite and everything..He not only kept the deposit..he kept the full price taxes and all it the little room with no privacy..Guy is very confortational and very hateful…He runs a drug house and is trying to get more funds by renting the rooms like an air B&B …If you want almost no amenities and to share a 4 bedroom apartment dump with drug addicts and shared everything then it your place ..If you like herion and needles for your family then it the place ..If you like to be physically threatened by the owner then taking for your hard earned $ illegally than it’s your spot ..Like prostitution then by god it’s your new home
