there was a COCKROACH crawling on me @ 3;00 a.m. i could not go go back to sleep at all

First of all the maid tried to walk into my room at 10:00 a whole hour before checkout time while me and my woman was getting dressed and naked also there was somebody else's garments left in the bathroom the cold water in the sink did not work and the hair dryer did not work and they had moldy bagels for breakfast

Breakfast was OK. Hotel staff facilitating the meal prep was cordial. Air conditioning was not adequate.

Guest were rude - loud voices in the hallway until about 2am. Spills on carpeting and chair.

Breakfast met our needs, source of protein, fruit, good variety. Location was good for what we needed to do while there.

Housekeeping never cleaned our room or left more towels while we were there.

The room was dirty on the staff are rude and I did not stay and I asked him to cancel and they told me I need to call booking.com I did and I just kept getting cut off so I went to a different hotel but did not stay the night and was still charged not happy

The room was dirty and smelly me and my family simply could just not stay there

They never received the reservation and we couldn't get a room unless we paid AGAIN. Neither the hotel Nor booking.com was of any help. They did not help to fix the situation NOR they we're willing to or capable to, so the only solution that they had was to sell a room again. So, no way I'm getting robbed again and I'm even more frustated at booking.com for not being able to join anyone with their app. This is the last time I use it.
