This condo could not have been better !!! Everything we needed was furnished. (except our clothes) Clean, ideal location, great view, and great furnishings !!! If your going to St. Augustine this is the place to stay !!

Loved the location!!! Just out the door and onto the beach. Restaurants all around with a variety of other fun activities close by. Host was quick and helpful in answering our questions. We will be back!!

First the hostess is awesome! Thank you so much for the gift basket and wine from the local distillery, so special to us. A beautiful condo, beautiful location! We had the best timw!

This is a spacious and well appointed condo that I would definitely recommend. We have stayed in this condo group before and this unit is very well maintained, very clean, and we had excellent communication from the property owner.

Property exceeded expectations! Clean, nicely decorated! Attention to detail was impressive! Nicest VRBO we have stayed at. Unexpected amenities was a nice touch. Amazing location. Nice Pool and great beach access.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and organized the condo was. It had beach chairs, an umbrella, pool floats, even boards games and cards. It was a definite perk to have a half bath on the main floor and 2 full baths on the second floor. A/C worked well and the kitchen had most items I needed to cook. Just fyi, there is no air fryer or crock pot, which really wasnt a big deal. There was ample room for my family of four and we could have easily had two more guests. The beach is about a two minute walk which was perfect. Lots of local places to eat within a few block radius. We also did walmart delivery for our drinks and snacks and they had no issue finding us. Celia was a wonderful host and even checked in via text about mid week. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in this area.

We had an issue upon checkin and the host was very quick to respond with a reasonable and acceptable outcome. The condo is in a great location with several restaurants within walking distance. I really enjoyed spending lots of time on the balcony watching the beautiful ocean! We would stay here again.

Very well appointed condo that is well stocked with everything you might need. Its location to the beach is awesome. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance that made this place even better. We loved our 2 weeks here and hope to return next spring.

This condo had everything we needed for a relaxing and nice stay in St. Augustine. The beach was a little smaller than what we are used to on the west coast of FL, but we had a wonderful trip. There are lots of places in walking distance and my kids loved the pool. Thank you!

This duplex was great for our stay. Located near everything we needs, lots of restaurants within walking distance, we could overlook the pool to see our kids and listen to the ocean. The master bedroom is quite large, very nice to relax. The host was fabulous supplying us with chairs, towels and umbrella for the beach. She left us a snack basket and a bottle of wine. Will definitely stay here again.

We attended the Players Championship. Location was great and so was the condo. Host was quick to respond to questions.

The location is perfect to sit back and relax at either the pool or beach. Can't lose at just about any of the restaurants, most within walking distance. The owners are TERRIFIC... Celia and her sister went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable … and, it all started with the goodie basket and wine they left for us. We'll be back :o)

How can you not love this location right on the ocean and close to many great restaurants.
The beds, pillows and couches were very comfortable. This is number one with me. Also, there were lots of towels.
Great communication with the owner. She responded very quickly to all questions and there was no issue with gaining entry into the condo.

The property was even better than the pictures, as it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Marianna was very helpful to us getting checked in. The location is literally steps from the beach. We really enjoyed the Christmas lights in St Augustine.

Lovely condo, was spotless. Plenty of room, ocean view. Great amenities. Complimentary snacks. Fully stocked kitchen, everything you need. Had a little challenge unlocking door which was users issue and not facility. Office was very helpful within a minute. Will be back again.
