Apartment was lovely and well set out plenty of crockery and very comfortable sleeping . Shower in ensuite is great .

As my mother is registered blind the lack of a hand rail on the stairs was a concern and would be a huge improvement to the apartment just to give some extra confidence on the stairs.

The lockbox was easy to find and access once I found the parking space. The property was clean, bright and comfortable and very safe for a woman travelling alone last minute. Unfortunately the weather was terrible and I did not get to walk around the area. I was in the vicinity for family matters and just used the property as a base and it worked well for my needs.

The car park, it would have been useful to know it was the first parking space once I had entered the car park, the lights in the parking space do not come on until you’re in it and I could not see the number. I drove the whole length and not finding it, I then had to reverse until I did find it. I drive a large SUV and manoeuvring my car was not easy as the car park is reasonably tight. I had to drive into the car park and reverse into the space, then to get out of the car park I had to drive further down and turn the car around as there was no other way to get out.

The apartment was fantastic with lovely furnishings and great views. When we needed to check anything, Amy was very helpful.

Location was amazing….. property was safe and spotless 😘

Hard to find apartments, no directions for different apartments and floors. Plastic cups plates etc would be great for the little ones.
