E 'solo una stanza per dormire e fare shawer con piccole finestre interne. Ho wifi gratuito qui ogni giorno e pulire il bagno in comune. Si trova solo una strada dal centro shoping di San Fernando molto facile da parcheggiare come Centric ci sono molte auto gratuito letto parcheggio a dormire sicuri di bar e ristoranti per gentile supermercati e anche un phamacy. E 'a dieci minuti a piedi dal Jumbo. Spero che il vostro soggiorno. Il mio ospite precedente è andato lì ogni giorno per trascorrere la giornata ADN mi ha detto che waw fantastico abbiamo pagato solo due euro e noi non stancarsi di esso solarium e una piscina ancora e ancora. C'è piaciuto così tanto mi ha detto così

By far best value in San Fernando & Maspolomas area..

Absolutely filthy, bathrooms are covered in mould. Staff are rarely available. Our entire kitchenette was connected to one extension cord- which had another extension cord plughed into it that was connected to the lights and TV. Complete firehazard.

Everything smelled smoke, even the blankets. The other people where smoking in hallway and one need to use earplugs to be able to sleep.
Nice neighborhood, close to food shops, and located nice i. The middle of the city

The place itself was ideal. Very clean and proper facilities. My main issue was the boiler was broken and unable to shower.

Positives - The staff were very nice and the beds were okay.
Negatives - Dirty cutlery(knives, fork and spoons full of limescale)
The toaster was so dirty I wouldn’t put any sort of bread in it. It was terrible.
The water in tue bathroom was freezing and I had it on the hottest setting.
The noise outside the room was loud and could here every bit of movement
When I booked the picture was different and showed a different room
Probably the worst place I’ve stayed unfortunately
The owners seemed like friendly people but something has to be done because what me and my friend stayed in was unacceptable and unhygienic
If you have the money definitely book somewhere different and if your planning on coming just either spend a little bit more money or stay somewhere different

I was given a great welcome from the end of the street. And the sunniest smile! She then set up my Wi-Fi for me- very considerate! Excellent value apartment

I do not recommend this place! I was accommodated at a different address. They did not even ask me if I agreed. The room has a bed, a TV and a wardrobe. There was no cleaning of the room and the bed linen for a stay of 6 nights. It is worse than a student dormitory.
Only that I was allowed to check out the room a few hours later at 2:30pm

Very good people, helpful and even carried my heavy suitcase. I recomend this fully! Will definitely be back!!!!

Could not get in touch by texts and no reply after I texted. Had to pay for an international calls to get into the apartment. Noisy all hours of the night until early morning with doors slamming.
Only 1 towel to shower with for 2 people! Asked for a 2nd towel and never got it or a reply back!

The contact person was difficult to get in touch with by text on WhatsApp! She said she would give me a code to call her on What'sApp, but she never provided it after I arrived. I had to call her and it cost me a lot of money to make an international call!

I’m not going to offend the owner or anything like that.
First of all Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all. Place wasn’t clean( even dishes were sticky and dirty)
Absolutely don’t recommend this place.
I’m very disappointed of this place.
No kettle in the room, hot water just for one person ( which is very poor for sharing bathroom with someone else)
No one takes trash for one week, no brush to clean up the floor, no duvet( just simple blankets)
Everything old and to be honest I was kind of scared to sleep in this bedsheets…
Also I was very disappointed and angry when the owner came to my room when I wasn’t in any took hair dryer without telling me about that.
That’s really pissed me off.
If you planning to visit Gran Canaria like I do every year 2-3 times just save up a little bit more money for better place to stay.

Its was cleen and good value. Nice big room for price payed. Staff friendly but not so good English. Had a small issue with the wifi but was resolved. The wifi was poor it would cut out.

Not what I was expecting. The picture doesn't match and the double bed was two twin beds together. Not a welcoming service, a bit messy. The locks didmt work well.

I was only staying for one night, on entrance I noticed that the fan was completely covered in dust and fluff. I had to open it and clean it. The room was clean and I was lucky to have the whole room to myself, also was glad to see a towel supplied. During my stay, there was only one more guest so it was very quiet. The room is in a residential area so expect the usual noise of people going about their business. This was fine. Also the room was at a top of two flight of stairs and no lift, something to bear in mind if you have difficulty climbing stairs. Overall it was good for a one night stay
