It was close to the river

Loud talking by HSKP staff Metal bed pedestal every time I moved sleeping position it sounds like sleeping in a tin can. The tub was peeling coating. The blinds were cut to short. No chair for desk.

Uncomfortable mattress

Room was so disgusting, stains on walls and floors, mold in the bathroom. I did not even want to sleep on the beds, but since it was a holiday, they had no other rooms available.

Location and bag of ice is available

The restroom was full of blood, we added another day and no one offered to come clean again. My reservation was different once i arrived.

The location was great! beautiful view of the lake and a short walk to the beach. As well as a short drive to nearby beaches and spots. Also very near the famous London Bridge. The staff were really helpful and had some great recommendations.

My only complaint is the bathtub we had in our room. The bathtub seemed to be peeling and when we washed off sand in the shower tub, the peeling made it difficult to properly flush the sand out of the tub.

The television never worked. One of the table lamps did not have a switch to turn it on. Room had no telephone. Toilet paper holder did not allow the toilet paper to roll freely.

The location is on the island, which I like.

The price and location.

The king bed rattled when you laid on it. The blinds in the room were broken. Smoke alarm had tape over it.
