Location was lovely, quiet and close to local shops. Nice garden.

Reported issues with the heating controls on 6 occasions, letting agents kept reading out instructions that were included in the guidance notes but didn’t send anyone out to investigate the issue so the house was quite cold. Requested replacement iron as the one in the house was not useable as it was so dirty - nothing received. On two occasions people let themselves in to the property but we were not advised to expect any one so it came as a bit of a shock to have people walking into the living room whilst we were sat watching TV.
