Here for one night. There is nothing negative about this hotel and/or property. Elliot at the front desk is very nice. This is one of the best Fairfield properties.

The shower door wouldn't say closed but other than that the hotel room was very clean and very comfortable.

Our stay was good. The staff and other guests were friendly and pleasant to be around. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom didn’t have much ventilation and some of the towels had stains on them. There was another adjoining hotel which was also nice and the restaurant on site was quite good.

Always a good choice when traveling.

The Fairfield - Marriott seems - literally - to be the back side/parking lot view/low service part of another hotel (a castle inspired Sheraton placed in the middle of a sizeable parking lot off Interstate 9). It seems intended to be like this and although the shear proportions of the building seem gigantic the signs pointing to the Fairfield itself are miniscule, the reception is tiny, the two lifts hidden in the wall´s decoration they are easily overlooked. The entire interior decoration is kept in grey silvery hues and is populated by Ikea style design elements radiating a decidedly impersonal and cold atmosphere. Breakfast is very basic and served from 6-9am! I have never and nowhere come across anything as unforgivingly timed for breakfast as this. And breakfast is self-service on cardboard plates and plastic cutlery (no recycling of nothing). It seems then that the customers targeted are business folks and salespersons commuting into Boston that need to leave early anyhow to avoid rush hours. So stay as long as you need to - then leave ! On the positive side all personnel encountered was very friendly and helpful ! Also we liked the bathroom/shower in our room and the large TV-screen. Rooms are cleaned only every other day - so guess what - not during our 2 day visit.

I needed access to downtown plus mass pike. The room was very modern, clean, easy to access. My timeline didnt allow me to use any other on-site amenities.

I stayed here after a concert i think i showed up at 2am and the staff was curtious and quick to check us in so we could get some sleep

Other hotels I been in had been awful This one is a breath of fresh air..

When we arrived we waited for a half hour before checking in because there were no staff in the lobby. The room itself was clean and well kept. By there seem to be minimal staff to assist clients need. Checking out there was a couple who was very upset and was yelling at the host behind the counter.

The location was conveniently located just outside of Boston and therefore reasonably priced. The room was very spacious and updated. I recommend this hotel.

The Housekeeping lady went above and beyond to get me a crib and a pack and play for my 6 month old baby who slept very comfortably. The breakfast could have been better. Friendly staff, updated and clean facility. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Beautiful place but breakfast didn’t start until 7am , Not sure if that is the standard time but I missed it because I needed to leave by 7am. Also I called the front desk 4 times on Friday prior to my arrival on Saturday, but no one ever answered. I had parking questions as I was driving a fairly large truck.

Overall outstanding. Property was very clean and room was high end luxury like. Loved the staff and attention to detail. Will be happy to stay in similar Fairfield hotels if they are all of this quality.

Check in process was a little slow. App said I had to wait to check in but the humans got me in. Only thing wrong with the room was the BRIGHT blinking green light from the smoke detector that blinks like once a min. Night light in the bathroom was convenient but also bright o the point I put a towel in front of it and closed the bathroom door to defuse the light. These bright lights made it harder to fall asleep but once I was asleep I slept like a baby.
