Loved this well-stocked home with comfortable beds, great showers, family friendly island and nice outdoor space - all just minutes from downtown Watch Hill.

My spouse and I stayed at this property from May 19-22, 2024. The house is still exactly as portrayed in the photos and description. We found the property to be very clean with comfortable beds and high-quality linens. There is a large screen, smart TV in the larger bedroom on a rolling stand which can be easily moved into the living room. The TV is equipped with Roku. Internet speed is good. The showers had a nice strong stream and there was plenty of hot water. The kitchen had modern appliances and was exceptionally well equipped. As an added bonus, there is tasteful art displayed throughout the house. We used the house as a base for travelling to wildlife refuges. There are three refuges within 15 minutes of the house and one that is about 25 minutes. The beaches are 5 minutes away as is the Watch Hill Historic District. The house is in a residential neighborhood which was very quiet except for some traffic sounds from Winnapaug Rd and the occasional private airplanes from the nearby airport, neither of which bothered us. Best to use the driveway on the Knollwood Drive side of the house as the driveway from Winnapaug is REALLY steep. Andrea and Tom were very gracious hosts and responsive to our texts. Andrea was kind enough to arrange an early check-in for us. We would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend it to our friends.

Property is located in an easy access area. House was as advertised. Management company was receptive to a few questions, all handled promptly. Had lunch at Andrea's on the beach and dinner at Guytanno's on Saturday night. Loved being able to explore Newport only an hour away and some of the local beach communities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is wonderful and ideally located.

The house was nicely decorated, very clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and updated, I lived cooking in it! It’s only about 5 minutes from Misquamicut and from downtown. I would definitely stay there again!

This place is all you need when visiting the Westerly area. We are big Watch Hill fans and this adorable place was so, so close! The location is actually close to everything... we found ourselves in Watch Hill, Misquamicut and Newport during our short stay. The house itself has all you need to make your stay overly comfortable. It is super clean with quaint decor and a cozy vibe. Everything is labeled to help you navigate the house with ease! The outdoor space provides a good size table and fire pit for outdoor gatherings. It offers various lighting options too for evening gatherings. Our host Andrea was great! Andrea kept an open dialoge with us from pre-welcome and throughout our stay. Andrea also offered guidance on dinner locations when reservations seemed difficult to get at the more popular places in town. Definitely ask her for help, tips and guidance! Our stay was a bit too short but we will be back spend more time at this super cute, conveniently located and well appointed beach home. Do yourself a favor and give it a visit!
