This property is beautiful! You can tell that it’s brand new with how modern everything is. It was really easy to get around. The food was good overall. Most importantly the staff is amazing. Everyone works so hard to make sure the guests are enjoying their time. Some of the staff that made our vacation are: Alberto - Main Lobby bartender Vasquez - Main Lobby Bartender Suneika- Pool (manatee) the sweetest employee BonBom - Entertainment she made it easy to want to show up to all the activities Frank - Server Market Cafe Confesor - Server Market Cafe Denise - Showtime bar (Best spicy margarita ever) With the resort being new there’s some things still missing that will truly bring it to your typical 5 star resort. The over the top entertainment, pool side champagne popsicles, and crepe cart. I’m sure they will slowly but surely add all the things that make the secret resorts so amazing! Just have to be patient.

Absolutely stunning place. Not happy about getting suckered into a timeshare presentation for 6 hours and then debating whether to cancel the entire time we were on vacation. This is a beautiful high end resort, this kind of thing should not be happening. Dont waste your time while on vacation. The free massages we received, however, were incredible. Beach is beautiful pools are beautiful food is delicious. Highly recommend the resort.

Beautiful property, however my room was not what I expected. Barely any ocean view and the swim up pool was open (no privacy).

Everything is good and staff was excellent, but they need more training even manager. Because if they don't have anything in restaurant, they should let the customer knows, but they take order and never bring it we wait 30min. and asked them to don't you have it? they are laughing at me and NO, it wasn't fun. I went to Dominican many times only this resort didn't have Mamajuana, staff didn't explain why, we bought from their store for Mamajuana. Except this all was good.

The staff was incredibly attentive and excellent in every way however, the food was mediocre for a five star resort. The stakes were super thin not very quality type grill the food stay on the grill for about 20 minutes and it should be about 5 to 7 minutes . So that Knight food was surd so really overcooked and dry the people were fabulous the food was medium. One of the bright spots was the market place restaurant for the morning breakfast. It was actually incredible. The grill down by the ocean or just medium overall a very nice resort needs to really get serious about great food. All inclusive 5 star resort . The property is immaculate and definitely worth the stay

My time at Secrets Tides Punta Cana was wonderful. The fairly new resort is super clean and beautiful. The staff is wonderful. This resort isn’t necessarily a party resort but can be a great time with a fun group or other fun guest

By way of Louisiana, my husband and I celebrated our one year anniversary at Secrets! Absolutely amazing experience. From room service to the restaurants on the resort, absolutely delicious food & premium drinks! We enjoyed beach volleyball, massages on the beach, the swim up bars( Felix & Alfredo was the absolute best bartenders ever)..etc! The entire staff was nice & welcoming during our stay. This is your sign to book. You will not regret it!

Overall our stay was good. Save the money on the preferred club, its not worth it. Our butler was only available 1 time a day (maybe we just had bad luck and got a lazy butler). Staff in the hotel was lazy and did not know much what they were doing, specially at the restaurants.

Property is new which is great. Quite isolated from other resorts which may be a concern for some guests, but suited me quite well. Staff are very friendly and attentive

Secrets Tides is a very lovely resort. Staff are all professional, the property is kept in pristine condition. Excellent food and drink choices. Hats off to the preferred staff, and many thanks to Julio who took care of me and my friend during our time there. My only comment is to please designate a smoking section - I’m not a smoker and didn’t like smokers near me at the beach in the preferred beach area.

The property sits gracefully along a stunning stretch of beach, and the staff graciously welcomed and assisted us throughout our stay. However, we did find the entertainment options a bit lacking, with limited activities available after dinner. Moreover, the hot tubs never quite reached the desired temperature, leaving us slightly disappointed. In an attempt to enhance our experience, we opted to upgrade to a butler service. While the butler was indeed helpful, we couldn't help but feel that the price we paid did not match the level of service received. Additionally, our culinary adventures left much to be desired. Although our expectations for exceptional food at an all-inclusive resort were not exceedingly high, the reality fell short. The dishes seemed consistently cold, overcooked, and lacking in seasoning at most of the on-site restaurants. Surprisingly, the buffet turned out to be a more satisfying option than the actual restaurant establishments for dinner. It was quite disheartening to discover that the restaurants only operated during breakfast and lunch hours. However, we remain optimistic that the management will address these issues over time. Despite these shortcomings, we would consider staying at this property again, but preferably in the company of a group. I believe that sharing the experience with others would make it more enjoyable overall.

Very beautiful and relaxing definitely not a party atmosphere

Property is brand new. Literally opened a couple days before we arrived. It often felt as if we were the only customers which had its pros and cons, but that was to be expected. But the property is beautiful on a beautiful stretch of beach. The employees were all amazing. This is our first time staying at any all inclusive. I would warn, at all cost avoid the Universal Vacation Club sales pitch and pressure tactics. This we were told would be 90 minutes of our time and ended up being a high pressure sales tactic about 5 hours long. Only thing we hated. Now we know, and knowing to avoid this will make any future trips much better. Almost ruined our entire trip, but the regular staff and resort made up for it.
