Parking at night on the weekends is horrible. This is a shared property with two hotels. I feel that I probably over paid by staying on the Hilton side. Breakfast was expensive, however the other hotel had it complementary. The room was nice, however it was hard to find a temp not too hot and not too cold. Nice facility with a good location, the grounds are really nice. Pool is small

From the front desk personnel to our room all was great. Our room was clean and spacious. The only disappointment we had during our stay was to find out our breakfast was not included, but had to pay $50+ for a disappointing breakfast. The proximity to wonderful restaurants was fantastic. It was only about a 15-20 minute drive to the stadium for the Homerun Derby and the MLS Allstar games.

Great place

Hotel was amazingly clean. It is conveniently located to both Epic waters indoor park and Boulder Adventure park. There are a variety of restaurants around the hotel or eat in. In case you forget anything a Walmart is with in 1/5 a mile as well. They have a parking garage that is easy to access so your Vehicle is out of the weather. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The view from the room brings in lots of light that can easily be shut out by the curtains.

The property is well cared for, I loved the convenience of having restaurants in walking distance of the hotel.

Very nice and clean, everything is within in walking distance, lakes light show was super cool, highly recommend eating at Chicken and Pickle. Only negative was hotel breakfast price, for the cost of the room complimentary breakfast was assumed. All in all will definitely be back, Epic Central was awesome!

The property itself was nice. The front desk workers were nice. Our room was not ready at check in time, and we had to wait an hour. The room was a good size, clean and the air worked well! There was loud music and guests in the room next to us the entire weekend. We contacted the front desk, and they were helpful. One major CON is that the parking is terrible due to the hotel being surrounded by dining and shopping. The hotel should have decals or designated parking for tenants who have paid their money to stay there. We had to park across the street at the police station and walk to our room.

Nice hotel! 4 minute drive to epic water park, Walmart, restaurants, shopping. Convent. It is next to a park where you can fish and a walking trail.

The property is in a great location. Walking distance to dinning and family friendly activities. The issue with this hotel is parking. There is no designated hotel guest parking. Parking fills up fast do the crowds of people visiting the other establishments at Epic central. I would avoid this hotel on the weekend if you want easy parking.

I loved everything about the hotel

Starting off, we were greeted by Alexander who checked-in several times to make sure everything was okay. This made me feel sure about choosing this particular hotel. From there, everything was perfect. I literally had no complaints.

Excellent facilities & staff, all, pleasant suprise beautiful rooms microwave, fridge, television outstanding programs no extra cost , Netflix, youtube, roku, others streaming channels be tv entertained in room!

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We love the cleanliness, accommodations, restaurant and staff and the convenience of shopping and dining. However, this time we stayed through the weekend and because it's in such close proximity to entertainment and dining, the parking can be really frustrating.

I would definitely stay here again

The property was new and clean. Morning staff was great! Check in staff was abrupt and even though there was no line he rushed through the process. Didn’t ask for ID and didn’t share the parking issues and such. Let staff know issues with room. Simple one was no tissues. Never got the tissues and we were there three nights. Not worth what I paid.

We loved this hotel. The amenities, staff and location were all exceptional. My husband prefers to book hotels with breakfast included and that option is available here and it did not disappoint. The hotel is also located in a great area with easy access to dining, shopping and highways. This will be our go-to hotel in Dallas from now on.

The property was average for the price . Parking is very limited due to restaurants around the facility.

Front desk staff that checked us in was rude, condescending, unhelpful. I explained i had notated that we wanted highest floor available, away from the elevator and facing the water. He said "next time book thru hilton directly, we dont get that info from hotels.com" and i explained to him that I even chatted with a rep a hotels.com and received the same confirmation email that was sent to hilton showing those requests. He didn't want to help accommodate our requests it seemed and was very short and rude as if we were wasting his time. The hotel room was kind of dirty like housekeeping had not cleaned well, random hairs on the bed, bathroom floor and bathtub. Toilet handle was falling of/out of the tank and the beds were low to the ground like a childs bed. Over all not worth almost $200 per night.
