The swimming pool is really lovely and the little pool is perfect for kids to splash in, our two even learned to swim there! It’s nice and quiet as on a quiet street but about ten minutes walk to the water and only 5 minutes from a nice little bakery and very affordable Lokantası restaurant. The air conditioning was effective. The breakfast were also nice but not included which would have been even better!

The apartments seem designed to have a kitchen or at least a little kitchen area as there is a sink, fridge, counter space and lots of cupboards. But the cupboard are all empty! It would be so helpful to have some plates, bowls, cutlery etc even if no Cooker so at least we could eat take away or cold foods there but there is absolutely nothing. Also no dustpan and brush, no cleaning clothes made it really hard to keep the place clean. It’s a little bit of a walk to the town so for young children that can be tiring in the heat.

The location is great, it is 10 minutes away from the center of Dalyan, and there is a good selection of restaurants and activities nearby. The rooms were clean and thoughtfully arranged, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
