Are you crazy, from the get go, we have been asking for assistance in one way or another we were happy to over look many thinks but sleeping with bugs and mice i draw the line   As previously stated we have had to clean, repair make good .  advertised 2 tvs today on day 8 out of 10 a tv that works is provided.  Basic equipment as in pots and pans that are useable should be provided not burnt/ lack of nonstick material.  Dirty mat in bathroom god knows what on the base of the 3 rolled mats on side table.  broken side chair, sockets hanging from wall - tightened twice still has to be held when removing plug.  mop bucket no wringer broken dustpan  balcony lights not working on arrival bulb replaced day 7, lights in upper bedroom broken not able to work- diagnosis from your electrician .  how much more do you want me to say.  A holiday is to destress  show me where that has happened here.  You charge people to stay in a property poorly maintained and you think that ok.  NO its not and im not in agreement to deduct anything did your cleaner get paid to clean your house? we didnt.  Did you bug man get paid to fumigate your house as we are cleaning out bugs from the bathroom daily. Just like you have your puctures i have mine.  I am tottally disgusted and appalled you would even have the audacity to be telling me sbout remaining payment.  Until today your money was always just sitting here, the fact you did not collect at check-in is your issue not mine.  You offered a replacement property 2 bedroom when we need 3 and tell us the square thing in the front room is a bed , you sleep on it. Jeanette proceeded to tell other people such as taxi driver , other guests requesting help to impersonate a police officer numerous times i asked her to call them. we cooked in the house 2 times as there were visable mice roaming around the property traps were eventually laidcatching 2 mice . Cockroaches daily in and around the bathroom.
