nothing tbh.

the noise is ridiculous in this building. people constantly slamming doors all night and walking up down, up down constantly and really loudly. no cutlery was available for eating food we had brought considering they had a kitchen. the fire alarm was set off by someone making toast very early. this did not get shut off forcing us to leave the property early. the rail in room was broke and placed back by someone else clearly because my chap knocked his head off it very slightly and gently and it almost dropped on him. we then got charged £30 for it considering it was not our fault. I will never stay at this property again it was vile. no parking either! the car park is a very far walk away from the building. it was uncomfortable. the bed was dirty. just never again. also the bathroom doesn't have a door. so don't go for a number 2 otherwise u will be stuck with the smell in ur room right next to bed!!

The customer service assistant we spoke to on the phone at the property - she helped let us in and we didn’t receive our email (even in junk) with info to enter the property- was extremely helpful and polite.

The property stunk of cigarette smoke the whole way through. We ended up NOT staying there as we needed fresh air and someone had clearly been smoking in our room. We received no email on how to enter the property despite me chasing days before hand.
