My family and I spent a week at The Copper House and enjoyed every minute of it The house is very spacious and comfortably sleeps five people. It was well stocked with paper products, soap, garbage bags, etc. we were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the house upon arrival. It is located just a few blocks from the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park, where we spent most of our time outdoors. The property owner was easy to contact and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting West Yellowstone, and would stay again in the future.

This house is close to town and very close to the west entrance of the park. Very convenient and near 2 grocery stores! Jason was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to questions.

The proximity to Yellowstone NP is ideal. The house was clean, close to places in town and very comfortable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The home is clean and new & consistent with the photos. The owner was very easy to reach and very responsive. The location is just ideal — a very quick entry to the West Yellowstone entrance—The town is quaint with sufficient restaurants and other shopping. Just note that although there are 2 full bathrooms—- 1 is upstairs and 1 is downstairs —-but both bedrooms are upstairs —-this was fine for our family group of 2 but may not be ideal for 2 couples. (We also stayed in a similar configuration in Grand Tetons —so this may be the norm.)

The property was clean and cozy. It's in a good location close to shops and restaurants. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights at the Copper House. The house is cozy yet spacious enough for 6 guests as advertised. Jason was great to work. Perfect place for us to rest and unwid after spending the day in beautiful Yellowstone.

Clean, quiet, comfortable surroundings near Yellowstone National Park. Not only was Yellowstone Park and West Yellowstone city pleasurable, but our rental met or exceeded our expectations. Would recommend to anyone.

The property location is extremely convenient to the west entrance of Yellowstone. This was our home base for four days in the national park. The property has been restored to a beautiful place for 2 couples to stay. We had everything we needed except Internet service which becomes important when traveling away from family and business commitments. We will recommend this property to both friends and family as they travel to Yellowstone National Park.

Great spot for our family of five! More space than we expected, kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Perfect location in town near to some fun restaurants, and super close to park entrance. Spent three days exploring Yellowstone from the Copper house, loved every min of our stay. Wi-Fi was not strong, but cell coverage was good enough to check emails etc. would definitely stay again!

House was super close to Yellowstone West entrance! Very clean & so beautifully decorated! Nice parking spot stop! They had Yellowstone guide books we used! Kitchen had everything we needed & then some! Host easy to reach too!

The Cooper House met all our needs. The kitchen area looked small in the pictures but was actually very nice. It was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. My only complaint was the bedrooms had a place to hang clothes but no dressers/chest of drawers to store items, thus we ended up living out of our suitcases for the smaller items. The house is within walking distance to the town and only a few minutes from the west Yellowstone entrance. There are lots of restaurants in the area and we found 2 grocery stores. Yellowstone is even more beautiful in person than pictures!

The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were in good shape. It seemed odd that the nicest bathroom was not attached to the bedrooms, and there is zero privacy for the single bed in the loft. My son chose instead to sleep on the pullout sofa (the mattress was in terrible condition, but teens aren’t picky). They did have coolers if we needed them, and provided a few coffee filters & coffee which was nice. The Wi-Fi never really worked properly, but we weren’t there enough for it to really matter. It was VERY hot when we were there and the unit stayed fairly comfortable during the day. We slept with windows open & fans going at night and it was fine. It would be nice to have a box fan instead smaller fans, but again, everything was sufficient and we enjoyed the stay.

Perfect "home base" for family Yellowstone adventures. Propertly was clean. Furniture in good condition. Kitchen well-stocked. We were really only here in the evenings after a long day of exploring the park. We like to make our own breakfasts, pack a cooler for lunches and then do a mix of eat-in and eat-out for dinners. This home was more than sufficient for our needs. Would have no concerns staying here again on another trip to Yellowstone.

Jeoff was so informative and helpful throughout our entire stay. He greeted us when we arrived and was just a phone call or text away if we needed anything at all. We had the best trip and loved the cozy copper house to come back to each night! Highly recommend!

We have stayed in literally dozens and dozens of vacation rental type properties and this is hands down the WORST experience ever, solely b/c of the host and her husband. This is the only time we have ever had the host demand to personally check us in and then make us sign a separate contract apart from the VRBO agreement with different langauge when we arrived (bait and switch?) We had to sit there for 30 min listening while the husband explained things like how a TV remote works, etc, when all we wanted to do was get our kids to bed. The worst part however, is how cruel and rude the wife was to us. We arrived late b/c we were stuck in a traffic jam accident by Jackson WY and arrived well after 9 PM. Apparently the separate paperwork they make you sign says you cant allow any additional guests, which I missed when I signed it b/c it was very late and we had been driving for over 6 hours. My friend had a very serious accident in Tetons and literally fell off a 15 foot cliff the day before , breaking several bones in his face as well as several other injuries. I told him he could stay with us so we could help with his kids. Apparently the host lives right by there and regularly spies on the tenants and the next day immediately started text bomibing us how many people slept in the rental the night before. When we got back from Yellowstone (where I had no cell service and couldnt reply to her, further frustrating her) I was completely honest with her, sent her pictures of my friend injuries and apologized and offered to pay her the additional rate she demanded (almost doubling the cost of the rental). After that all she said was how disrespectful we were for bringing people (a injured man and his kids for gods sake) without asking. I apologized again and said no disrespect was intended and that I would find my friend and his kids a hotel room for the following nights. At this she further freaked out and, I am not kidding one bit, told us she was terminating the agreement and had already CALLED THE COPS TO HAVE US REMOVED WITHIN THE HOUR!!!!! We literally had do pack our stuff up and leave within the hour and thankfully I was able to find a hotel elsewhere in West Yellowstone. RUN don't walk away from this insane host family. They will ruin your vacation! The host is one of the nastiest people I have ever dealt with in my life. We are not unreasonable people. We are a family of 5 with 3 jr high and high school kids.

The owner was super helpful with giving us all the info about the property, advise the restaurant close by, reply our questions quickly, and was very close to the west gate of Yellowstone.

We were so glad to choose this rental for our week at Yellowstone! Geoff & Billie were superb hosts & so accommodating. Our little 2 bed, 2 bath house was spotless, well appointed, western, and conveniently located a couple blocks from the entrance to Yellowstone. We often walked down to the main strip to do a bit of shopping because it was so close, but far enough to be quiet. We took advantage every day of the complementary ice cream and coffee around the corner at their ice cream/coffee stand (probably too much but freezing lattes to bring hiking the next day was BOMB, and we were so thankful for it.) They provided a cooler for us to use, as well as a couple of camping chairs that we used one day. Truly, we can’t give a higher review.

We found our home from home in West Yellowstone while we explored the National Park. The kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable, and the house was within walking distance of stores, restaurants and attractions. Our host was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this listing.

This property was immaculate, nicely decorated, and perfectly located walking distance from town. We loved it and would return in a heartbeat upon a return visit to Yellowstone National Park.

The house itself is very comfortable, well appointed and in a great location in the town of West. The property owners are locals and very connected to their community. We had a great time exploring in Idaho and Montana, day tripping then returning to the cozy Copper House in the quiet neighborhood for a restful nights sleep.
