The house was perfect for our family. Since the weather wasn't very warm in Florida the first couple of days of our trip, having pickle ball and ping pong at the house to entertain everyone was great. The short walk to the beach and restaurants was so convenient. The house was centrally located for groceries and other activities we did as well. I enjoyed sitting on the lanai reading. Rex always responded promptly if we had any questions. We would recommend this location.

We found experience is dependent on people renting duplex next door. We didn’t get to use the pool. When the people next door were not using the pool, they had left their towels and clothes everywhere. Ideally if u are a large enough group to rent both spaces do that. Owner felt property was described accurately and was not willing to refund part of the stay even if we left after the first night.

The location was EXCELLENT!
We LOVE this area so much, been coming for decades. However our family is growing and we needed an “overflow” place for the additional family to stay.
Some places in condo need superficial repair and it is a an older property, but, it was clean, beautiful and again the location was perfect.
Also, there are bikes, pool and beach toys to use!
*Please don’t skip a line in the property description…this was MY fault- I did and it temporarily caused some serious concerns. The 3rd bedroom is NOT attached to house therefore has no bathroom access unless they come inside. In the middle of the night - that can be scary.
Also it is a SHARED pool. This is a duplex. Our “neighbors” were super polite and friendly so it was actually a bonus!
Property manager/owner was very quick to respond.
Added pluses since I rented plenty places: bed linens were good and beds comfortable, bathrooms plenty big, plenty of towels, usable condiments in fridge so I didn’t have to buy a ton and plenty of light. Lastly, CHEAP cleaning fee! Some places are upwards of $400.

Owner is quick to respond and very helpful. Heated pool is great. Less than mile walk to great beach and restaurants. We loved Pelican Alley and ate numerous times. Loved sitting outside by water. House is duplex so sharing pool is not the best. Extra bedroom by garage small and no bathroom. Overall great week and perfect weather.

As we were an hour out, the Property manager Rex called to ask us not to use too much water or produce too much “waste” due to plumbing issues with their septic tank. I let him know we wouldn’t be using an unnecessary amount and if he’s experiencing an ongoing issue he should get the septic tank clean out in which he responded that he had cleaned it the day before. Upon arrival, the home wasn’t the cleanest with Marks and dents in living room wall, crumbs on dining room seats and what I hope was chocolate smeared on the hallway wall, and kids handprints on the front window, which made us question the cleanliness of the home. Though the house listing stated there was a third bedroom Across the pool, the bedroom wasn’t inviting with a musty smell and absolutely no outside lighting and no attached bathroom. Though I reserved for 8, we only ended up with 5 guests total so the two rooms were comfortable and worked out well. In the evening the patio didn’t have sufficient lighting which makes grilling on the patio a challenge. The light inside the pool wasn’t working either and though heated the pool isn’t warm/hot after 6/7pm. The beach chairs in the garage had old food wrappers and used face masks in the pockets and a roach crawled out of one of them. It was an unpleasant experience but they do have a kayak paddleboard and working chairs and umbrellas.

This property is everything it claims to be! Very clean and in a good neighborhood close to the beach and within walking distances to restaurants (we enjoyed POPs- a grill right off the canal!). We would stay here again.

Rex did not seem to be bothered that someone was in the house that wasn’t supposed to be, while he had guests staying. I wouldn’t stay with this property again!
