Great Location, quiet, peaceful, and beautiful sunsets!

We loved the house and the view is just perfect you can see for miles in both directions.

This property was everything our family needed. Extremely clean. Ideal, quiet location. Being on the beach was so convenient. Communication with Jim was excellent. Could not ask for a better experience!

We have vacationed in different areas in Florida yearly. We have stayed in numerous houses/condos. This experience was by far the best. The location is perfect. No traffic, private location. The house was fantastic. Everything we needed was right there. There was a large group of us and each person, regardless of their age, fell in love with the house. The property manager, Jim, was incredibly resourceful and communicated with us throughout the week. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Owner knew there would be a chance we would arrive early on our check in day. He and the property manager, Jim were very accommodating us with the early check in. I can’t say enough good things about the property itself and/or, Jim, the property manager as well as the owner. There were three couples/siblings and our spouses. The view was pretty awesome too. Accommodations met everyone’s needs. The elevator was a bonus. Thank you, Michael and Jim.

This was an amazing property! Everything was absolutely perfect from the property to the property manager. Jim was a wealth of helpful information. The home was even better than the pictures on the site. Beach access was unbelievable. I can't wait to go back, will bring the grandkids next time, neither has seen the gulf or ocean and I can't think of a better place to introduce them to the Florida wonders.

The property manager was great to work with and his communication was excellent. Could definitely tell he would go the extra mile for us and cared about us having a great experience. I had stayed at this house about 12-13 years ago, so this was our second stay at the house. It’s located in a perfect part of FMB. Mid island and really easy walk to 2 tiki bars on the beach - Outrigger and Pinchers. Both had live entertainment in the afternoon and were fun places to hang out for drinks and appetizers or lunch. We walked to jet ski rentals as well. Santini Plaza and Publix were close by. All in all a great stay with an amazing view right on the beach. Can’t beat it!

Location was so perfect and beautiful! The pictures do not do the place justice. The master bedroom and bathroom was huge a huge master bedroom closet that for sure could be a extra room for a child. The two other bedrooms are adjoining by the shared shower. Which was great for our family and having access to our children. We were here with our 4 small children and my parents and had so much space! The deck and outdoor seating was wonderful. They have beach toys, umbrella and little cart to bring items to the beach. The beach was very shallow perfect for kids. The sand is wonderful and the views! Definitely stop at the house before going grocery shopping. They was left over plastic wear salt pepper etc and other things that we didn’t have to buy. Jim the property manager was very responsive hospitable and friendly! We would definitely rebook and recommend this property!

The beach house is in a beautiful quiet location on the beach. It has a fabulous view from all of the windows and is an easy walk to the beach. The house was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Jim was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions.

Excellent location, so convenient! The house offered plenty of linens and household items. Really enjoyed the pool chairs and toys!

This property is on the perfect location in Ft. Myers beach, it's right next to the beach access path which was so convenient to carry our things to the beach. The house is fully stocked with everything you need, beach towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. The house even has an elevator! Jim, the property caretaker was so helpful. We were only missing a blender and Jim brought one the next day. Every morning we were able to see a dolphin close to shore. There were also many sea turtle nests along the beach, just make sure to close the blinds by 9 PM to not disturb them. We picked up many beautiful seashells and had gorgeous sunsets. There's a Publix down the road and a CVS. There's also a small charcoal grill outside. This area was perfect for relaxing, it's a quiet area and the views are spectacular. We definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

We have rented several beach homes, and this one is clearly right at the top! The place was very spacious for the six of us (2 adults and 4 teenagers), very well furnished and very clean. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances (all functioning!), dinnerware, silverware, pots, and most importantly, bottle openers! The dining table was plenty large enough for the six of us, and the additional game table came in handy for games. The views are spectacular and access to the beach is very convenient. Being Fort Myers Beach, the beach is kept meticulously clean. You can tell that residents and visitors alike love their beach and homes and take very good care of all of it. We were also very impressed with the peace and quiet both day and night. The building is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, and the covered parking was easy to maneuver in and out of. Although the building is located next to a small parking area for public access to the beach, given that we were on the second floor, we never felt like we lacked privacy and were never bothered by the visitors coming and going, this coming from a very private family. The park-style outdoor grille was convenient, but although we never ran into a moment when the 3rd floor family wanted to grille at the same time as us, I can imagine that there could be a time when both rental families would like to grille at the same time, so a second grille would be helpful. The outdoor shower and hose was very convenient for a quick wash before coming in from a long and salty sandy day on the beach. And our teenage boys loved the basketball hoop in the car port ... perfect for a rainy day! And if you're too tired to climb a flight of stairs from the car port, or if you don't want to haul your luggage or groceries up a flight of stairs ... you can ride the ELEVATOR! Best of all, though, was our manager, Jim. He is very courteous, warm-hearted, kind and helpful. When we arrived he gave us a quick tour of the rental property and explained where the nearest stores, restaurants and equipment rentals were. He also checked with us a couple of times throughout the week to make sure our stay was pleasant. And given that he lives right across the street, we knew that if we needed anything he was within easy reach. So this one is at the top of our list. Spacious, clean, well furnished, convenient, and with beautiful views. Perfect.

Our family, 3 adults and 2 older teenagers, had a great time staying in this property on the beach. Swam in the ocean every day during our visit. Would rent this place again. Were available if we had questions.
