What a beautiful space to stay for our trip to Encinitas. The main bedroom has an ocean view with beautiful sunsets and our favorite beach was a short and direct walk from the home! The garden was gorgeous as well and a great space to spread out and relax as the weather was perfect.

Absolutely loved this VRBO location and property. Close walk to local beaches, downtown restaurants and bars. The backyard is super nice and relaxing, with a view of the ocean from the back deck, yard and bedroom and bathroom windows. And the host was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Would be happy to come back and rent again.

Property is better than the pictures, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and stores are all within 10 minutes. It feels like home away from home. Dave our host was very nice and always answered any question or request immediately.

This home is the ideal location for a family or group of friends with diverse interests. We had ages 8 to 80, and everyone enjoyed the visit. The home is walking distance to the grocery store to pick up food and cook in the well stocked kitchen. There is a beautiful paved bike/running trail 3 minutes from the house and the beach is just beyond. We walked to the train station and rode the rails to Oceanside and San Clemente without having to worry about parking (or wet sandy kids in my car!). And our two youngest say their favorite part of the whole trip was playing soccer in the back yard (which is even better than the photos). This was our favorite SoCal beach rental yet and we plan to come back for another visit in the future. Thank you Dave for your prompt and thorough responses. We had a wonderful stay!

This place was such a perfect stay for our family. Quiet nieghborhood, very cozy home with spectacular back yard, relaxing deck, fire pit and ocean views. Short walk to downtown Encinitas (Hwy 101) shops and eateries. Equally short walk to Swami’s beach and rail trail. Lots of fun in the sun! Will stay here again absolutely!

From the moment we walked in we knew we were going to love our stay at MarySol. The home is perfect for a family or a group of friends. Plenty of room to relax both inside and outside, especially in the backyard with the view of the ocean. And it’s a short walk down to the quaint beach and surf town of Encinitas, known for some of the best beaches in Southern California. And if you love to surf, you won’t find any better breaks. Can’t wait to return!
