The room was clean, but room service didn’t come around, and clean the room at all doing the four day stay. The safe was locked and I asked it to be unlocked so we could use it, they never came to do it. I had to keep asking for towels and going to the front desk to pick them up.

Housekeeping carts were always outside of my door!

I was just there to sleep a few hours, so realistically I did not need a lot, but there was no iron, no closet, no hair dryer and the shower was just a literal space to stand with no place to set anything except the floor. It was definitely not sound proof either. You could hear everything. For the price, even Super 8 has more amenities. The guy working the counter was very slow. The only positives were, the bed was fairly comfortable and they did not ask for a deposit.

room was dated but freshened up recently, so ok. TV was small and remote was slow. Ammenities were good.

We sat in the lobby waiting for quite some time to check in after a lady was taking her time checking in and the check in person didn't seem to be moving it along. The vending machine was very far down the hall and it ate my money. The front desk staff had to find money to make change for me in their own wallets. The room door was stuck, almost as if it was painted shut. There was very little shower water pressure. There was a hole under the sink in the wall. There was a chip in the tub. There was a hole in the wash rag like it was eaten through with bleach. We did not try breakfast and we checked out early and did not stay our second night. I have photos but choose not to post as I think the property can address the issues quickly if so desired.

There was food left in our room from the previous guests and someone was smoking on our floor which caused the smoke detector to activate.

The property was dirty, could smell weed in the hallways and the rooms are not cleaned. Only every 3 days if requested. Tried to check out but made my reservation through Expedia
