Location, cleanliness, size, ammenties and comfortable beds! Pretty much checked every box for us. We had our best sleeps here after watching the beautiful sunset across the street. All the tvs are equipped with android boxes and sound systems which was a nice touch.

The only cons were that we had to pay 4% extra just to use our credit card to pay. We're Canadian travelers so the payment options/apps the host offered we couldn't utilize because they're not available here. The request to strip beds and take out the trash before we left seemed a bit much when we were paying a healthy charge for cleaning service.

The location is perfect and you have an ocean view from the balcony. The owner is very communicative and made sure we were comfortable.

Centrally located,close to coffee shops, restaurants and the beach. The condo was secure and offered great amenities. Everything we needed for a fantastic vacation.

The condo was beautifully decorated with comfortable beds. The living room was lovely, however the couch was not as comfortable as it looked.

This property offers all the amenities one can think of to meet the needs of any family. It completely exceeded my expectations. It met the feel of home away from home. The beds were super comfortable. My family had the opportunity to take advantage of the water goods offered. The beach is right across the street. One thing to note is that to access it there is a short walk to the main entrance. The town is welcoming, safe and calm. Plenty to do and choose from. Communication with the host was good from day one. He was transparent and offered suggestions, we even received a small welcoming gift. Would definitely stay again when visiting Rincón.
