The unit is nicely updated, clean, comfortable beds, lots of light, quiet area, seemingly safe area, an introductory coffee service was provided as well as a few basics left in the cabinets (like oil), couch was comfortable, good TV, good appliances, and some good views - you can the bay and see the Space Needle a little bit.

The check-in process lacked what would have been some useful detail. The address number is not visible from the street which made it harder to find. There are 4 units and it was not noted that this is Unit C so we had to message the owner and wait for reply. The keypad was modern, but lacked instructions on how to use. You don't just enter the code, you have to push other buttons in a certain order. The unit is very vertical - 4 levels with a bed on three levels and a living level (no bed or bathroom on that level), so lots of steps. I would not say there are 3 queen beds, only 2. The one on the ground floor is a trundle that when pulled out may sleep two people, one person on each tier, but not a queen bed.
