Really clean, nicely renovated home and great furnishings. Quiet neighborhood and close to the U of A and downtown.

It was a pleasant surprise and good value for the money.

Absolutely stunning and very clean! The light fixtures, all the interior design, and choice of contrast colors made this extra special. Whoever did the interior design outdid themselves and my jaw dropped as soon as I walked in. Jarod Weber is thorough, kind, and accommodated us staying a few hours after check out time which we were very thankful for. He made sure we were happy with our stay and great communication. There is a fully equipped kitchen for convenience of cooking, as well as many options for nearby take out. Coffee and tea bar. No dishwasher but there is a stackable washer and dryer! Fire pit, beautiful lights hovering over; perfect for a peaceful night. The bathroom is luxurious and very clean, with extra towels, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, make up wipes, tampons, hairdryer and some other extras for a comfortable bathroom experience. Reid zoo is about 15 minutes away, and the botanical garden is about 5-10 minutes away. As well as a neighborhood Walmart under 5 minutes away. Beds are very comfortable and cozy. We definitely will be staying again! Thank you!

There wasn't much that I didn't like. The only thing is there was not a first aid kit, but nothing that wouldn't make us come back.
