Our stay was fine, we understand that many service businesses are short-staffed and do their best. The hotel staff did their best, but the elevator was hot and various areas of the hotel needed more attention,

My truck was backed into and no cameras on site to see who did it. Other than that, hotel and staff were good.

For the price, it’s a good venue. Roomy and comfortable room with a good bed. Breakfast was adequate nothing special. The facility is definitely starting to show its age

It took forever to get to and there was a lot of construction going on. Also, the parking lot was quite outdated.

There was nothing objectionable from a cleanliness standpoint. Room was in good condition and there was plenty of hot water to be had. No complaints.

I had quiet many hotels stays under my belt to come to the conclusion that this was worst in my experience, I am not aware of rest of the facilty, but the room they alloted to us so awfully smelly and dirty in all respects, lock was broken, there were signs of water or sewrage leak on the ceiling, smell was so bad that we had to open the window but in vain, I went to front desk, to complain, the lady seemed was aware of the condition of the room as when complained she immediately said that they are fully booked, she can give me discount, in all this she was never the less bit sympathatic, so I called Expedia and tell them the situation, to cut story short I got the refund,

The stay was great. However, the key cards were really a huge issue. EVERY time we went to use them they did not work. That was very frustrating. Apparently, you cannot put them near your phone. I had my key card next to my phone constantly. I wish that someone would have explained this to me at check-in. What a pain!!!!

Upon arrival the group of men together was a little off putting. Check in was smooth and she was kind. The room was spacious and clean. However we were awakened out if out sleep bu someone trying to get into our room at 1235am. Banging and twisting the knob to get in. This is the 1st time in my life that i had to call the frommnt desk and they called the police. Although i was grateful they came so swiftly it took a little while before i was able to get back to sleep.

Solid property with all basic needs met. Good bed and quiet. Same breakfast each day with limited choices. A little paint here and there would improve appearances

Was a great stay. Just passing through and needed a place to stay with kids. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Staff was friendly. Our beds are comfortable and clean. We loved the pillows and bed. I think the bathroom door could be cleaner instead it looks dirty. My children enjoyed the pool. We have stayed here before. Love that it fits our family having the sleeper sofa. We would stay here again.

Room was fine. Staff not so much. Waited about 20 minutes at the desk before someone showed to check us in. No warning system to alert staff of our presence. Other than that, stay was fine!

The room was in decent condition, but it had a few things falling apart. Carpet was a little dingy but overall, it felt clean and was roomy.

Rooms need to be updated with new bedding and furniture. Something needs to be done about the key cards. They don’t always work and you have to go to the front desk for help with them. Bedding was all wrinkled and dingy looking.

Our stay was excellent. Everything was very clean and staff was very friendly. I think our only complaint would be there was no biscuits and gravy for breakfast haha. We enjoyed our stay thank you!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When taking a shower, the drain in the tub was very slow and you were standing in 8 inches of water, told staff and was told no Maintenace was available, but they would move us to another room. I checked room, the drain was working fine but that room was hot because the air conditioner fan was stuck in low mode, being it was 90 plus degrees outside we decided to stay in first room

Medium cleanliness. Not dirty but not sparkly clean. Super friendly staff. Breakfast was good and maintained with table cleanings and food refilling. I’d stay again.

The hotel was very comfortable and convenient for attending Special Olympics. The room was quiet and had all amenities we needed. Especially pleased that the heater/ac was not noisy😊

Convenient location to ISU. Very large, spacious room. Bathroom seems to have newer tile on floor and shower/tub. Hotel was very quiet and had a great night’s rest. I felt safe staying here alone. Other areas in the room and hotel are very dated. The carpet in the elevator was extremely dirty (looked like a large oil spill) and you could see hand prints all over the elevator walls. The tv remote didn’t work, I could have contacted front desk but didn’t. Wasn’t able to connect to Netflix or other streaming apps as it wasn’t a smart tv, which wasn’t a big deal to me but I know it may be for some. I might stay here again in the future but it wouldn’t be my first choice. I didn’t eat breakfast here but it was free.

Hotel and room was clean. Our room location was noisy(next to pool and ice machine) but we usually travel with ear plugs :-)

A little disappointed in the breakfast options as there was very little there to choose from. But check-in was easy. Our room was clean and quiet. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Overall nice location and pleasant stay.

Young lady checking us in was so nice! I had issues with my reservation- due to Expedia. Who I could never get a hold of to rectify. She reached out to her manager who was going to contact Expedia. She then allowed me to check in. So grateful!!!!
