Beautiful hotel, we were at a family wedding, quiet, great food and no rush to be out of your room - check out 12 noon, would definitely recommend

The hotel was welcoming. Very cold room
Shower broken.
No window only facing a concrete wall 4 foot away.
The bed was comfortable but that’s about it.
Gym is worn out and old
Steam room wasn’t very steamy
Outdoor hot tub was a winner despite the excessive bubbles and froth
The breakfast was bland and not very exciting.
Over all the discounted price left us in a dingy room With mediocre food and a stay that well other than the fantastic views wasn’t really that exciting.
Had we paid full price would we have had the same experience for a larger price?

Lovely place , great service, tasty bar food. The only strange thing was that the restaurant menue did not show any prices. So we decided to eat in the bar. Even the receptionist wasnt very helpful. All we new after asking is that its fine dining? Breakfast was tasty however a broader selection for the buffet would have been nice. The pool and spa were brilliant. The room was big and comfortable.

It was a perfect one night away for my wife and we armed in the bar restaurant and would have no complaints and would eat there again no problem.

Romantic birthday treat,
Rooms with a view nice but for a junior suite could do with a bit more tech, smart tv etc. no bathrobes or slippers, spa was a pool with couple of hot tubs and too many kids so not relaxing atmosphere. Dinner was ok, poor quality chicken and staff asked if a special occasion then Did nothing about it, pointless to ask!! We rebooked breakfast and then had to wait 15 mins for a table, quality was ok but could do with more selection of continental to appeal to not just people from NI, most tourists and non residents like salad items and better quality fruit. Maybe think about trying to please other guests from further away than NI

Outstanding hotel. The staff are all friendly and expert at their task. The room was really comfortable and warm. The spa is excellent with a large swimming pool, a steam room, sauna , jacuzzi along with an outdoor hot tub. The hotel overlooks Lough Erns and the grounds are beautifully maintained. A fabulous experience and we will visit again soon.

Reception staff were excellent. Very helpful and thoughtful. There was a handyman there on my day of departure and even he offered help loading my car. Very kind.
There were some outstanding waiting staff and some less experienced. As a solo traveller, I do sometimes wonder if Iam invisible when choosing a 'fine dining' option over a bistro. The experience of staff is often vital.
