Clean and attractive hotel. Closer to the airport, but removed from City Centre. Rooftop restaurant & pool are lovely. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety. Chef was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Front desk is 24 hours and were very helpful and nice. Pool on the top floor was major plus. Rooms were cleaned perfectly. Waitress Ardiana and waiter Ardian were terrific and kind. 10/10 place, highly recommend!

My stay at the Mercure Hotel in Tirana was pretty good. The Hotel staff should get 10 stars. They are very friendly and helpful with all you need. The breakfast was absolutely satisfactory. The King size bed was comfy and my room had enough space. I guess only the location is a little bit tricky, because you are a little bit of nowhere. But you can catch a taxi, which is very affordable here. I can recommend to spend 3 days here.

This is a new hotel with excellent facilities. The service provided by the staff should make Mercure proud of its pedigree. Dennis in the restaurant in the evening and Andriana in the breakfast room made themselves indispensable.

It was truly a wonderful experience to be there ! The hotel is newly made and located in between the airport & the center. The staff were friendly and highly professional that completed my stay. The "Basil Restaurant" inside the hotel - delicious fresh foods, not overpriced. Breakfast menue comes with varieties of choice with local & international foods. Andriana & her team deserve a five star ⭐ for their hospitable and smiling attitude. I would highly recommend this hotel, Best wishes !

Very clean and modern brand new hotel with all the facilities someone needs in a hotel stay. Rooftop bar at 8th floor is great yo relax watching the wider view of the town, swimming pool at the same floor is amazing. I loved this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mercure hotel. Their service was beyond my expectations. And the space is very beautiful, neat and the room I stayed was nice and very comfortable. Coming back every night throughout my stay to a well laid bed and room. Really impressed with their service and their staffs especially Adriana, Calbona and Andri made my stay worthwhile and would definitely return and recommend. The breakfast was my favourite (I look forward to it every morning of my stay with my hubby, and made it easy for me by putting Halal on some of the dishes (was impressed by their thoughtfulness and the dinner from the restaurant is delicious, kudos to the kitchen team. Downside is the location to the city centre, but the receptionist was always helpful to book taxis for us and how to get around the cities. I’ll definitely come back to Mercure Thanks for making my first time experience to Albania a great one 😌

I recently had an amazing stay at Mecure Tirana, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beautiful aesthetics and elegant decorations throughout the property. The atmosphere was both luxurious and welcoming. The staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and polite, making our stay truly memorable. A special mention must go to Andrea from the breakfast bar, who was an exceptional host. She ensured we had everything we needed throughout our trip, making our mornings delightful. The receptionist was very professional and went above and beyond to accommodate our request to have rooms close to each other, which we greatly appreciated. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar and pool. The views of the city at night were breathtaking and provided a perfect backdrop for relaxing evenings. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I would definitely recommend it to others and look forward to returning in the future.

Overall I had a fantastic stay at the new Mercure hotel in Tirana. The best parts being: a) the rooms - very modern and comfortable with great air condition and water pressure b) the food - breakfast buffet is really great and both dinners I had at the hotel were great!!! c) the service - this is the biggest plus of all! Everyone has been so friendly (but I want to especially call out the breakfast manager!). There is a really great attitude to help and fix what needs to be fixed. I had an early departure for a hike, so they made me a to go breakfast bag as I’d miss the breakfast hours. I was away for two days before returning from my hike, and without fuzz they held my luggage in storage for those days. The only negative is the location. Right now there’s really not much around the hotel. But a lot of construction is going on so I’m sure in a year it will already have changed. Also, a taxi to the city center is only €7-8 and there are several bus lines stopping a few minutes walk away that only takes about 10 minutes and costs about 40 cents. I actually walked several times to see the city, and that took about 40 min to the city center. Another benefit is that it is on the right side of town to get to the airport quickly (traffic is often bad in Tirana) and to one of the major bus terminals. Would I stay again - absolutely!

Hotel needs alot of improvements, firstly the electric kept going off for the 3 nights, towels were not changed, breakfast was one of the worst I've had.

The beds were very comfortable, parking garage free, rooftop pool very good, breakfast amazing. Hotel restaurant for dinner was also excellent. The location was ideal for us with an easy drive to the airport but it is remote for anyone interested to visit the city center more.

Overall a great property to stay at, the staff are impeccable with their service. The only cons (critical): noise from outside can be heard in the room, perhaps the pool could be more warm as it was too cold to get in, smaller pillows on the bed. Apart from that I’d stay again here, just next time will stay on a less noisy side.

Spotlessly clean (it helps that it’s brand new), and very comfortable. Staff were hospitable beyond expectation. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant meal in the evening was very good.

Brand new hotel that is close to the bus terminal which is great for exploring Albania. The rooftop pool is really enjoyable and has a great view. The gym is very good too. The ladies in charge of the breakfast are super friendly and helpful and breakfast is very tasty as well. The only downside was that the hotel is right by the main road. Thus, in most rooms you'll experience road noise all night. It didn't disturb my sleep but if it's worth considering.

Lovely new hotel. Very aesthetically pleasing and staff were beyond lovely. Breakfast was really good. However on a busy main road so noisy, you will have to get taxi to anywhere because of the location, smart tv did not work for me, rooftop terrace wasn’t open but still a nice chill area to sit and relax regardless. Would’ve liked robes and more options in the tea and coffee station (no sweetner option for diabetics like me, one green tea and one black tea and couple coffee sachets only)

We stayed at this hotel for four days and our overall experience was really good. It is a new hotel and every staff member was kind. The hotel rooms are spacious. The restaurant is amazing. We had breakfast included and there was enough variation for everyone. But we also ate lunch, dessert and dinner because it really was good, so compliments to the chef and co-workers! If you have a car the airport and Tirana city center is really close. The parking at the hotel is also easy. We recommend this hotel.
