It is located about 1km from the beautiful sea of Alto Salento, where the best beaches are easily reachable in about 10 minutes by car.
The Gigasuite has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, study, full optional kitchen, garden, patio and rooftop

Immerse yourself in the large heated swimming pool, 12 meters long, full optional, equipped with a wet beach for sunbathing in the cool, hydromassage for 4 people and water jet for neck massage.
Relax in the SPA for 6 people in total privacy, indoors, with water that can be heated up to 41 degrees, also equipped with chromotherapy and the ambient or massage music you prefer, via Bluetooth connection.
A couple's bath? There is another large hydromassage Jacuzzi in the house for two people with music and lights.
Have fun and keep fit with the sports area, equipped with a pingpong table, five-a-side football goal, table football, equipped gym, roller bike and another electric walking bike.
Do you want to sunbathe quickly and in total privacy? the rooftop has been equipped with a solarium: deckchairs, gazebo, fan and humidifier to tan with your friends, lying outdoors.
Also on the rooftop you will also find a convivial bar area with bright furnishings, minibar and armchairs. Make your stay even more memorable and exclusive with the themed room: the Music Tower, with sofa bed, Bose speakers, piano, guitars and multi-effects.
Involve your friends with the games area, consisting of a poker table with chairs for the public, a large table for 14 people where you can play or eat all together, with an adjoining induction cooker, oven and large professional electric barbecue with hood of suction. The Gigasuite is located in a strategic position in Puglia and not far from Basilicata to allow you to visit as many interesting places as possible in a short time, from Matera to Ostuni, from Alberobello to San Pietro In Bevagna, Porto Cesareo, Gallipoli and then Taranto, Lecce, Bari, Polignano a Mare and much more.

The Gigasuite was designed by the deconstructivist architect Antonio Fanigliulo, built by the most important local builder of the time, Pasquale Ruta. In 2023 it was renovated and furnished by the environmental architect Pierpaolo Zampini in a Bauhaus style.
The Bauhaus movement was associated by Zampini with deconstructivism due to the characteristics that the two architectural currents have in common, such as formal and structural experimentation, non-conformism, technological innovation, the search for individual expression.
The result has a great aesthetic and functional impact which gives the home elegance, importance and refinement.
Nothing was left to chance, consistently with the technological matrix of the artistic movements that moved the two architects, the Gigasuite was the protagonist of an important efficiency intervention which raised it to A3 energy class. This was possible through the installation of an important photovoltaic system with Tesla batteries and highly efficient heat pumps that regulate heat, cold and humidity in the rooms of the house.
The Tesla charging wallbox also allows you to exploit the home's energy surplus to recharge any guests' electric vehicles with zero emissions.
A villa completely renovated in a "no gas" formula, with zero impact, in a contemporary key, to reduce emissions of Co2 and other substances, making an exemplary contribution to the environment.
