We really enjoyed our stay and loved that we could walk to the beach each day. The garage is full of all the toys needed for a fun time at the beach. We also cooked our Thanksgiving dinner here, and the kitchen was fully equipped for our needs. Thanks!

Great location - unit was clean and provided beach chairs and towels. No cleaning materials left behind so must purchase everything of needed.

Garage entry is very difficult

Overall the stay was grood as it is a very nice property. Everything in description is accurate as it relates to many steps leading to entrance of property. So if traveling with anyone who has difficulty with steps be warned. We had a very bad experience checking in. Because of flight delays we didn’t arrive to property until 8:00 pm. There were no outside lights on so it was pitch dark. We had to use our cell phone lights to find path to property. Next issue we experienced was that the code they sent to unlock the door did not work. I called the number several times before I got someone. We went through three codes none of which worked. So they had to send a local person to come out to let us in. Because we had to wait for the local person to arrive we couldn’t leave to pick up my husband who was coming in on later flight. So he had to Uber to the property. We waited in our car for about 1.5 hours from time we arrived at property before we were able to get in. Other than the first day horrible experience the property served our purpose. Not sure if we would stay again.

Just a few blocks from the beach in a nice La Jolla neighborhood. The townhouse was clean, well-appointed and pleasant and the hosts responsive. Really a great experience. Highly recommended.

The location of this property was central to both La Jolla and Pacific Beach which was very nice. There was a bagel store and a small market nearby which was also very nice. The property itself needs some upgrades. The beds in both the master bedroom and the second bedroom upstairs were old, very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. The carpet also is dirty and dingy and could be replaced as well. The markings on the stove have worn off so it was difficult to see where you needed to aim the knobs to turn on the burners. We were very excited to rent the property because it came with beach chairs, wet suits and bikes. Unfortunately the chairs, wetsuits and bikes were in bad condition and also need to be replaced. One of the bikes was broken and not even rideable. The unit has no air conditioning and was fine for the first hall of the week when we had 60 degree weather. Once the weather was above 70 degrees the bedrooms upstairs got too hot even with the ceiling fans on. Overall, I would not stay at this property again although it was fine for a one time stay.

We really loved the place , but for 6 of us , and only 2 tiny shampoo/ conditioner bottles and soap wasn’t enough. We almost ran out of toilet paper, no hand towel or dish rack for daily dishes . Did not find trash bags until last day, found a few in a tiny ziplock bag in dish soap bag .. Kitchen garage bin was too small. again for 6 people staying and eating there should have had more supplies . Thx

Overall, a very nice place. Really only issue I had was that the beds were uncomfortable- really hard and seemed old. Other than that there was lots of space and it was clean. Location is awesome, down the street from a gorgeous beach and about a 25 minute walk to La Jolla Cove etc. Don't be scared by the outside, which looks like a dumping ground. Apartment is much nicer than exterior suggests. I'd definitely come back

The location is perfect and the space is great for a family or if you are bringing a dog. The place needs a bit of an update and a deep cleaning - and the beds are well aged. All in all- I would stay again because the positives outweighed the negatives.

This is an excellent place to stay in a beautiful location. It had all the amenities and space we needed with easy access to the ocean. It felt like home! We will definitely book this place again the next time we are in La Jolla.

Proximity to beach and restaurants. Very clean. We also had a small dog and it was a good place for him.

The property was 5 minutes from the beach. Very convenient and an overall a great experience.

Quite and easy walk to the beach. I was frustrated with internet. I was giving the wrong user name and password. I missed an entire day of work.

Our family loved this rental. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood with the Ocean a little over 1 block away. Plenty of room and the rental comes with lots of extras including bicycles, beach chairs, etc. Affordable price too.

Great experience, would stay here again!
