This home was absolutely perfect for our family. Wonderfully appointed with everything you may need. The home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Beach is a few steps away - and the pool in the backyard was awesome. The host Steve was quick to respond to the questions I had. We have already picked our week for next year. Our family cannot wait to go back and enjoy this home and St. Augustine!

Luxury & Perfection. This House was AMAZING!! It was immaculate! Organized like I have never seen. Professionally Decorated. In every room! It has an Elevator. We LOVED that. The pool is Beautiful. Very clean. lots of sitting areas. spacious. The pool can be heated if you want. 1 night was chilly and it was perfect swimming that night. The other nights we did not need the pool to be heated. The neighborhood is quiet & peaceful.Take another look at the pictures of the garage. They supply everything for the beach. the chairs they have you can carry on your back like a back pack. there is a bag for towels & snacks to keep your stuff dry. They have 2 unbrella's a cooler with wheels and a cart to throw everything in. they even supply beach towels. when we got back from the beach there is a shower outside on the side of the house you open the gate turn on the shower and we washed everything off left it there to dry and proceeded to the pool and hung out there for a couple of hours. grilled dinner and the kids were ENTERTAINED FOR HOURS!!!!! The set up is perfect. i would get up and have coffee outside by the pool there was no time for the girls to whine about being bored. The walk to the beach is ALOT CLOSER than those pictures posted. ALOT. i think it was literally 2 minutes. The Beach is PRIVATE!! like a hidden gem. very peaceful. no racing the the Beach to set up your stuff at all. no reason. Publix is 2 minutes away. Downtown was few minutes. Everything is very close.

This would have to be one of the best vacation properties I have stayed at. Just about everything you can ask for the host had provided for us, there was really nothing we needed that was not there. There was 11 of us altogether and never found that we were on top of each other. Lots of room, lots of areas the day we had to leave I think I might’ve shed a tear. Worth every penny of it we will definitely be back.
