Perfect stay!

Lovely one night family of three stay. Excellent Hotel, great rooms, very comfortable. Very nice breakfast. Super Bar area and very friendly and professional staff team in all areas of the Hotel

The room was very clean and spacious. The view from the windows were excellent as it viewed to the city. Very near to number of restaurants, bars and clubs.

I arrived at the hotel and attempted to unpack but the room had only a narrow wardrobe filled with bathrobes and an ironing board. There was not a single drawer in the entire room . Management offered to give me an upgrade to a suite so that I would have an even larger room without a single drawer to put my clothes. I was told to “use my suitcase.” If I were staying with a friend or living in a homeless shelter this might be reasonable, but not when paying £300 a night. I left and Hotels.com was forced to refund me a little less than £1,000. Oh, I should mention that the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly and the windows do not open at all, so it was sweltering. Even an IBIS hotel is a better experience than this.

Outstanding, couldn’t fault a single thing. Amazing staff, super cool vibe and right at the heart of the best part of London.

Fantastic good breakfast food, big variation of different dishes ! Wonderful room with a view, very helpful staff! Nice swimming , gym and saunas. A bit expensive, but worth every penny!

We were pleasantly surprised by the overall ambiance and friendly staff. We felt very welcomed from the moment we enter the building. The hotel looks impressive, very modern, and the room was just perfect.

this was really an awesome hotel. Great location. Super easy to walk to from the tube station and a really cool cold plunge and sauna place almost next door! I would definitely recommend this place as it has such a cool vibe. Also the food at the restaurant was awesome!

We loved our stay in this hotel. Everything was fantastic, the room was lovely and spacious, bed was really comfortable and service from all staff was really excellent. Everyone truly went above and beyond while managing to also remain friendly. We will absolutely be back and we’d recommend to everyone.

You just have to experience it. I’m not one to write reviews but they’re an it hotel with excellent customer service. Modern art, techy but not complex technology, beautiful rooms, excellent service, location was ok. Nice neighborhood. Didn’t get to try the food but my teenagers and I had a good experience. Will definitely come back.

Great one night stay in this brand new hotel

Great property, very modern in a great area

The suite was amazing! From playing records to looking out to the cityscape and cruelty free shampoo and conditioner. The size of the room is great and feels really spacious. Breakfast was really good. Lovely feel to the hotel. I will be back!

Top notch service! Super friendly staff! Suave environment w all the latest room features (electronic darkening shades, cool room decor, and bedside whole room lighting). Would definitely recommend if for anyone looking to stay outside of the hub bub of all of the attractions.

Great hotel, check-in was easy and staff was friendly. Although we could not check in early we were able to store our luggage for the day. The room was great, there is no housekeeping service daily however we were able to get fresh towels when needed. The hotel is conveniently located near Old Street underground and had easy access to both Heathrow and Gatwick airports. There were a few great restaurants within walking distance. Don’t make calls from the room, we were told by front desk we could call for free to make dinner reservations however upon checkout we were billed for the call.

Absolutely everything was wonderful! I would definitely stay there again. I actually miss the place and the staff now that I am at my new location. If I could give 10 stars to the staff I would, they were ALL fantastic. Oh… and their breakfast… is amazing! I decided to include breakfast in my reservation, and it was SO worth it and delicious! Everything at The Brush is really good, cocktails, dinner. I can’t recommend this place enough. Location is great and their amenities top-notch.

Front desk need more training

Great stay in a well appointed, large room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city. I was on floor 11 (have stayed on 10 recently too) and it's a pretty great view. Beds and pillows are comfortable and the Aircon is effective. Automatic blackout blinds also make sure you get a good sleep. Spa is lovely, closes at 9pm which is a touch early, but open from 6am so a pre work swim and sauna is a great way to start the day. Very easy walk through to Liverpool St station and not too far from the city.

Honestly, the hotel exceeded all my expectations. The design and concept of the hotel are excellent, with great attention to detail in both the room's interior and the common areas. The large bed with wonderful linens, the all-in-one light and shade control panel, and the spacious bathtub were all highlights. The room was also equipped with an iron, ironing board, and even a large umbrella. I really enjoyed the art books themed around the hotel. One small suggestion regarding breakfast: it would be nice to have the option to order up to two items from each section of the menu. Currently, only drinks are unlimited. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. I understand that the hotel is new, and I hope it maintains its high standards over time. In my opinion, this is a new gem in London, especially when compared to the classic hotel chains.

Great hotel, in a cool location. Room was spacious with lots of amenities which were nice touches and the pool and steam room/sauna were a nice relaxing touch. The area had lots of nice places to eat and drink nearby and it was well located for getting around London. Would stay again.

I really liked the hotel, it had been open for only two months - as at June 2024. Its quirky, but in a good way. The Breakfast was fantastic! Really great healthy options beautifully cooked. Service was great too. The gym is a bit unusual, like someone forgot to design the floor plate then put some machines in there. I wondered if the location was a bit rough but i saw nothing of any concern the whole time i was there.
