Gorgeous, peaceful, and comfortable. Lovely touches throughout, and the beds were super comfortable; best hotel sleep I’ve had!

Love this hotel… it’s my new fav… the decor is lovely… rooms have a little balcony with a great view to sit and have coffee… they have a little coffee and bagel cafe in the hotel… all the staff was very friendly and helpful.. it’s adorable ❤️

Absolutely loved my one night stay here and can't wait to run it back for a longer visit. The hotel is charming and the area is quite. A lovely respite from the hustle and hustle of the CBS and Canal St area.

No decor detail has been left untouched. The lobby and rooms were perfection with excellent bath products, comfortable bed, furniture, and design - and all, very clean. Our checkin process was smooth, and the bar staff was wonderful. The reason that I cannot give 5 stars is due to a major oversight without any way to contact hotel staff with a room issue past midnight. I called the main line several times with no answer. This left me going to the lobby at 8 months pregnant in my pajamas to find someone to help me, of which there was not a soul in the lobby. Eventually, a security personnel smelling strongly of weed walked in (I have no issue with use, but maybe not while you’re working?) and was very kind but unable to assist me with the issue until eventually getting in touch with his off site manager. The hotel is absolutely stunning and we still had a great experience overall, but it is a major oversight to have no way to contact hotel staff during evening/overnight hours. It put a damper on the evening for sure.

My stay at Hotel Henrietta in New Orleans was nothing short of amazing. The welcoming staff made me feel right at home from the start, and the complimentary welcome drink was a lovely touch. The hotel's amenities really stood out. The gym is modern and well-equipped, perfect for keeping up with my fitness routine. The dining options were fantastic, offering a variety of delicious dishes that captured the essence of New Orleans cuisine. Hotel Henrietta exceeded all my expectations. With its excellent service, luxurious facilities, and convenient location, it’s a top choice for anyone visiting New Orleans. I look forward to my next stay!

Amazing staff at desk and at coffee bar. Beautiful experience!

This is a very quiet hotel. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was 10 out of 10. Actual “hotel” parking is minimal, but the side streets and St. Charles offer great opportunities to park especially on the weekend. The staff goes above and beyond to assist. I have already made reservations to go back.

This property is impeccable in EVERYWAY!!!!! Aaliyah deserves a raise!! She is a gem and made our stay a dream. She was warm, friendly, welcoming, accommodating, patient, kind, professional, efficient… I could go on!!!! The service we received was unmatched and we can’t wait to visit again soon. Tatum, Zo, and Jordan are all amazing employees they helped me into my ride share and are just love people also providing a lovely experience. This hotel is modern, classy and very well appointed. I was truly blown away!!!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!!!

I highly recommend the Hotel Henrietta! The friendly staff and customer service was very much appreciated. The hotel is beautiful, clean, located close enough to everything at that Heart of New Orleans. I loved my room, the beds, it was well worth it!

loved my stay at the Henrietta! The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and ensured that my needs were met. The beds are super comfy and the pillows were soft. I loved that room had slippers, robe and many other little gems! It was so cute I wished I stayed longer. Would recommend this hotel!! 10 out of 10!!

A stunning, highly well-designed hotel in the charming Garden District, right on the trolley route. I can't say enough good things about this hotel—it's clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, we had free parking in a closed garage, and it's walkable to great restaurants and to peruse the beautiful neighborhoods. Every detail was thought through on design, convenience and comfort. Staff gave fantastic recommendations and were overall great to chit chat with. The ONLY thing I'd have changed was maybe free coffee in the morning for guests, but with everything else so wonderful, who cares! 10/5 stars!

Hotel is new, clean, right in the heart of the Garden District. Has an amazing view of downtown, and the twin spans. Right in front of the trolly and close to dining options.

I wasn't even sure the check-in desk was actually the check-in desk because it was so laid back! The attendant, Jasmine, was especially pleasant and got me checked in really quick. We were only there for a night as a stopover, but we will definitely be staying here again!

I loved this hotel. Friendly staff, great location, and the rooms are super clean and comfortable. Perhaps the only complain is that there was noise coming from the street cars passing outside and music from a nearby bar. But the beds are so comfortable that we slept like babies.
