I loved the breakfast and the price. The hotel is wonderful, however, is far from the center and touristic areas. To reach the hotel by public transportation is very complicated considering that I arrived from abroad. Taxis are very expensive and don’t stop on the street with a hand signal, you have to call by phone. Cheap taxi could be Uber but if you haven’t an account isn’t worth it. The staff in the hotel are really nice and polite. The hotel Should send instructions of how to arrive from airport, metro of Tram since is really hard to get here from public transportation. I got lost the first day

The hotel was clean however the room I stayed in had some minor issues. I did not call front desk because like I said they were minor issues. The issue was that the shower door did not fully close that was all. The room was on the smaller end however I did not mind it one bit. The actual electricity in the room could only work when you left your room key by the front of the room. The actual part I did not like which was my fault because I didn’t research the property enough was that the hotel was at the far end of the city. You had to take a 2 trams which took up to 30 minutes to the city.

The bed was uncomfortable.

The rooms were super clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Not many places in Europe seem to be air conditioned so it was a nice relief when we came from Brussels (no AC in our hotel room there) and our room was actually a nice temperature. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Nice staff at the reception. Room was clean and spacious enough. Bathroom looked good as well. It’s just quiet far outside but you get into the city central in about 25 minutes, depending on where you want to go.

great experience, super clean and modern hotel, rooms cleaned every day we stayed. shower was good, bathroom clean, breakfast was tasty and had lots of choice considering it was cheap. 5 min walk to tram station and easy access to city centre

The hotel was clean and safe! The location was far from the city but the train goes directly there.

Not as advertised. Said it was downtown. It’s not. Pictures by the canal. It’s not on a canal. It’s in an industrial area. They was Ted to charge extra to check in early. They told me I could have a late checkout but the next morning they wanted to charge extra for the late checkout. I would not recommend and I would not go back.

Clean and located ery near public transportation

Accommodation was very good. Three things to improve: a little more storage place in the bathroom (two or three towel hooks and a shelf would do), a garbage can for table waste on breakfast tables and higher water pressure in the shower would be very nice. Otherwise everything was fine, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet offers wide range of food and beverages, the bed was very comfortable.

One convenient public transportation within walking distance. Extremely small room and bathroom. Very far from everything. No thing to do around, in the middle of nowhere. Not even one restaurant or anything to eat. Hotel was very stingy with everything. Extremely thin walls. Could hear everything. Even when other people opened their doors. It felt like they were opening yours, normal conversation, running water Very expensive and not worth for what they offer and location I don’t recommend this place.

Very good breakfast..

My experience was very bad because it is completely outside the city. I went in the dark and when I saw it, it was very far from everything. Apart from the price I bought it in advance and when I saw it it was half off. So I lost money on my stay and paid a lot for transportation.

The rooms were really small and so was the washroom. Basic essentials like the dental kit should also be offered

The room were too small compares with the daily tariff we paid for. Some damage found, and we had to move to two diferent room.

Property needs to install phones in the rooms. You have to take a slow elevator down each time you want or need something.

Awful bathroom design and the fact that the hotel staff didn't care about the knocking on doors at 1am and just said oh well was shocking. Looks and feels like a prison and breakfast was a shambles with lots of things either not working or missing. In short...AVOID

Good things about this hotel: their awesome staff members, cleaners are so lovely and their amazing breakfast . Bad things about this hotel: the double room is the size of a shoes box and the toilet is even smelly and iper small; it is in the middle.of nowhere, it is very pricey considering the size of the double room and the transport to get into the center or even just to go out and eat, McDonald is the only place outside the hotel, no kettle for tea or coffees in the room and the machine downstairs was broken throughout the our entire stay .

Hotel was very comfortable and clean. It is a bit far out of the city but there is a tram line nearby and it is convenient enough to get to. McDonald’s next door was the closest option for food. We paid for the breakfast at the hotel and it was very good, well worth it and had a lot of options. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness needs improvement... Sometimes can be noisy from other guests.

The room was really inconvenient and had no wardrobe. Cleaning service was not good, bathing soap only lasted one day.
