Firstly it must be noted that the staff and hotel room itself was fantastic - it was immaculately clean and modern inside with comfortable beds. If you need somewhere to simply crash for the evening then the hotel is perfect. But the location of the hotel is on an industrial estate, off the beaten track and to be honest we felt a bit unsafe. You could hear quite a lot of noise from the street, including a big argument between the yellow cab drivers in the early morning. I do feel that I booked the hotel based on the reviews but having experienced it myself, I definitely would say I feel a little misled by the photos and positive reviews.

We had a short stay (1 night) to catch a flight early in the morning. We had a very nice stay though. Everything was to our entire satisfaction.

It was obvious that the hotel is a family business and no harm of that, but they shouldn’t treat us like we are in their real home and like we are unwelcoming guests. For example, when I asked the front desk for an extra key card, because they only offered us one which through it the lights and AC works, the guy in the front desk was upset from my request and stared arguing with me that we have one card. I told him my wife and my son are sleeping, do you want me to wake them up or I take the card with me and leave them with no AC! He was extremely rude, I felt that I am asking for something is not my right as a guest. Also, regarding the car park, there is no security to open the gate nor a bill to call the front desk, every time we need to enter or exit we have to press the car horn or notify the front desk physically. It was a terrible experience staying in that hotel and I won’t come back and advise you not to even try. The staff rudeness was extreme beyond anyone to endure.

Location is great near shopping mall and airport good place to stay for shopping and early access to the airport Staff are friendly, room was clean and the place is quite I would recommend it for stay near shopping malls and not far from old city of Antalya

Great place for family stay

Found stain that looked like blood on my bed sheet, it was disgusting, hard to fall asleep after that.

Beautiful, cozy & a family atmosphere…. Full air con in all rooms . Large enough pool . Lovely breakfast. Well stay again if passing Antalya aeroport . Thank you from 🇬🇧 UK guests

No elevator, not enough space in the room!

It’s a nice place to stay because it’s close to the airport and Mall of Antalya. They used good materials and nice furnitures. The breakfast is good but compare it to other hotels it’s expensive for that location and doesn’t have an elevator!

The hotel is almost brand new. We stayed on 2 occasions and both rooms we stayed in were very clean, modern and comfortable. There is a small restaurant/bar that served good food, however a menu is needed because we did not know what was available and what the prices were. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful and I wish them well with their lovely hotel.

A great find close to Antalya airport, no more than ten mins ride in the taxi that costs approx €10. The Ema houses is a home from home. The rooms are spacious. I had requested a double bed and not on the ground floor, my requested was granted. There is Tea and coffee facilities in the room along with a fridge and ample water supplies. Pool area lovely, like being in your back garden. Grass area for kids to play. Breakfast had good options, and I had dinner there too, which was great.there was no menu as such but the lady chef, ( not sure if she was manager or even owner) gave me options to choose from ( cheeseburger, pasta, etc ) there was about 6 options plus a local choice, which I opted for.this was great. Bar area could be stocked a bit better as they only had coke, but they did have juices, Beer and wine of course. The Antalya mall is minutes away from the hotel, but I choice to stay at the pool. I stayed 2 nights and will stay again, A great choice if flying in and out of Antalya.

This was a great hotel in a very convenient area. They had everything we needed and were very helpful and polite! We really enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to stay here again next time we’re in Antalya!

Arrived at 5am to quick check in and late checkout. Fantastic modern rooms with a shower that was more powerful than many of the 5 star establishments. Great breakfast thanks

Amazing hotel to stay in. 10 minute drive from the airport. Friendly staff. Clean and modern room with a great pool. Breakfast was lovely everyday. The Mall of Antalya is a 10 minute walk away but you’ll need taxis to get to anything further. Alternatively, the tram service is a 5 minute walk away and takes you to the old town. Overall it was a great hotel, would visit again :)

Extremely disappointed in this hotel unwillingness to refund even partially because I was a few hours passed the deadline!

Very cosy, comfortable, new, super clean hotel not far from the airport, loved it. Only unfortunately, the hearing between the walls is very strong, you can only hope that there will be quiet neighbours. For one/two nights very comfortable option.

Clean rooms

We really enjoyed our brief stay here. The grounds are pristine and the garden and pool area are beautiful. Breakfast had a large selection of tasty food. The bed was super comfy and the air conditioner works well. It is also a short walk to the Agora mall. The staff are very kind and helpful.

Ema house is a beautiful hotel property with tasty designs for rooms, garden, pool, and breakfast decoration. This place has a great vibe. The breakfast is served outside next to garden and pool. Breakfast plates were wel decorated with interesting options. This is a great place to stay in the airport neighborhood and if you have a car to see around. The room was very clean and modern.
