Tenuta storica affascinante. Animali e bestiole in libertà si lasciano avvicinare e danno un tocco di bucolico al tutto. Camere contestualizzate ed aree comuni rustiche e minimali, personale gentilissimo, pulizia e ottima colazione rendono molto buona l'esperienza. Forse di qualche euro sopra, ma nella media della zona.

Niente di particolare. Non portate trolley pesanti. Il brecciolino non vi aiuta.

Wir haben 4 Nächte auf dem traditionsreichen Gutshof übernachtet. Es ist dort wie in einem Refugium. Wirklich schön. Ruhig und weitläufig. Man hat einen großen Gartenbereich mit tollem Pool. Mich persönlich berührte halt die Geschichte sehr. An einem Abend gab es ein Fest (Festeggiamenti alla Fratta per S Michele). Wir durften dabei sein. Es fühlt sich wie eine große Familie an. Das fand ich wirklich nett. Zur Unterkunft an sich. Die Räume sind groß, die Betten super. Das Bad ist zweckmäßig. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal nett. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig. Ich habe es genossen, am Morgen im freien zu sitzen, die Vögel zwitschern. Es ist ruhig. Genau das ist Urlaub für mich. Von da aus kann man viel unternehmen. Ach ja! Nicht zu vergessen, das Restaurant. Gigantisch. Das Chianina-Steak war schmackhaft und wenn man bedenkt, dass es mal ein Bullen-Stall war, muss ich heute noch schmunzeln. Super Idee, dass als Restaurant auszubauen. wir mussten nicht reservieren, aber ich vermute in der Saison ist das schon erforderlich.

Lugar lindo, enorme, muito tranquilo, impressionante mesmo na dimensao historica, acomodações espartanas mas dentro do esperado. Localização no centro da Toscana excelente para deslocamentos diarios,

Algum serviço de alimentação alem do cafe da manhã, mesmo que pequeno, tipo cafe, sanduiches ou snack bar, alem do restaurante proximo La Toraia, excelente porem distante,nem sempre aberto e demandando reserva, seria muito bemvindo.

Bella e rilassante posizione in piena campagna, Tenuta grandissima e staff molto gentile, colazione buona (ottimi pancake!). È sicuramente un'esperienza diversa dai soliti hotel e anche dai soliti agriturismi...se cerchi il massimo comfort non è il luogo adatto perché (e penso sia elemento positivo) si predilige ancora un'atmosfera rurale e semplice. Ottima la cena alla Toraia. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina, ma a metà ottobre era ancora funzionante e sicuramente è un buon servizio.

Una parte della Tenuta sembra un pochino "abbandonata" e meno accogliente rispetto alla reception in Locanda, forse anche perché l'Osteria era chiusa in questo periodo e non si capiva molto se anche il ristorante-pizzeria Due Apostoli fosse in funzione o meno. La stanza era sicuramente minimal, ma comoda e adatta al contesto della Tenuta...forse però qualche accorgimento si potrebbe fare (un esempio: il miscelatore dell'acqua per la doccia ;) e in generale un cambio dei rubinetti/sanitari).

Il posto é magico, adatto a trascorrere qualche giorno di relax nella campagna toscana. La camera era carina, ben pulita e dotata di tutti i confort.

La posizione é abbastanza buona per raggiungere Montepulciano, Pienza, Arezzo ma bisogna fare un po' di strada.

Great accommodation for a long weekend with friends. Location is wonderful, huge spaces and big pool. Quite and peaceful, in the middle of the nature. Very good breakfast.

Pool is a great place where to stay during the day, if there was a little bar where to take something to drink during the day I think everything will be even better ;)

This very old estate has an atmosphere of times gone by. The buildings reveals the age - some are dilapidated, some restored with respect to the history and the architecture. We were welcomed very well by two young people - sorry, I forgot your names. The rooms are scattered over several buildings. We stayed above the on site restaurant “Tonaia”. The room was spacious with a view over the surrounding fields. The Tonaia serves wonderful food with emphasis on local products from the estate - the best beef I’ve had in a long time. They were very accommodating in taking in a party of 25 people in very short notice - twice! The estate is a true agriturismo with a great variety of animals and crops.

One small thing… why is only one cup of coffee included in the breakfast offered?

Dreamy place! It's an old mansion with beautifully views. The rooms are big and clean, the staff is very nice and available all the time. We were celebrating our anniversary and got a surprise in our room with balloons flowers and fruits. We got a lot of recommendations for restruants, activities, hot springs etc.. Great location between all the beautiful cities of tuscany. Great for "star" trip. Also the restaurant of the hotel was excellent.

We loved to stay here and walk around the area. Felt like sleeping in the movie setup back in the history. Highly recoommended. Breakfast was delicious with wide range of options to choose from.

Comfortable accommodation in a totally incredible historic setting. We were also surprised by very good breakfast, high-quality dinner at their own restaurant and of course lovely pets.

Wonderful and magical place, I felt like I was somewhere in the past in a very old agritourism. Around nature, silence and animals. Perfect place to relax.

There should be any kettles in the rooms to make some tea in the evening :)

The property is ancient and quaint but a bit tired. The room however was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast room is pleasant and the coffee very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Definitely a peaceful farm experience.

The doors are paper thin and the noise from the passage was a bit bothersome. The breakfast spread of bread and cakes was great however very low on fruit. Max a few pears and a prunes in a bowl.

Beautiful agriturismo with a fantastic restaurant!

Tranquility and fresh air

Such a beautiful, historic and special place! A whole small old abandoned town with so much calmness, nature and possibilities. A perfect spot for weddings or special events but also for just enjoying a very different kind of residence.

Large, spacious room, great pool, very helpful staff.

Lack of any lunch possibilities, the escalator working only in reception hours (that is until 6:30 pm).

They were super helpful, we had to leave early so we wouldn't have been able to attend breakfast and they made a little breakfast to go for us the evening before we left! The location is great an the ambience of the whole complex too.

What a gorgeous rustic property! Big pool, peaceful setting, great for a weekend away relaxing in the country.

Could have done with tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom and a fridge would have been nice. The restaurants and poolside bar weren’t open when we stayed but I imagine this is due needing to cut back after the whole industry was hit financially due to covid.

If you're looking for authentic place filled with history then look no further. The estate & accommodation takes you back to the old days in a beautiful way. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, food is amazing. We are coming back 100%. Special thanks to the hosts (sadly forgot the names) for their kindness :)
