Location was great, quiet street, but close to downtown Katoomba. Driveway parking. The house is big, plenty of room. Comfy furniture, large kitchen, 4 bedrooms, sleeps 6 people, main bathroom, ensuite bathroom, 3 toilets (!), washing machine, dryer, dish washer, microwave oven, ducted heating, free WiFi, plus many more things we just didn't use. Very luxurious!

There should be more kitchen things, like plates, better quality cutlery. Door stops were missing on the main shower sliding door, the main toilet bowl was loose (broken concrete), all bathroom/toilet/kitchen installations were old and outdated, but functional. Cleaning was mostly ok, but could be better (old layer of dust on the fan base in one of the bedrooms, dirty main bathroom sink drain), one drawer in a bedroom could not close, because a key was missing, some loose cupboard doors in the kitchen. In general, a few little things that shows a handyman doesn't live there, but don't really impact negatively on your experience.

Lovely place to stay. Photos matched with what was there. Host was very responsive and helpful.
