It was very clean, and a quiet neighbourhood

There were no kitchen utensils to do cooking (pots and pans - yes), chopping board, bowls, knives, spoons, spatulas for cooking didn’t exist - making it impossible for preparing meals! No tv remote in master bedroom. Coffee machine did not work properly (more water/ coffee leaked into rear drip container than into cup at front). Our side Rubbish bin had not been emptied and previous tenants (?) had disposed of some ‘beeping’ appliance that kept make noise for 6 days straight (we reported this on day two but no action was taken).
