Property Swanky Bubbles was awesome the house had everything we needed and more, AMI beach and town are great and everyone is nice and friendly

The home was very nice. The pool area layout was a little disappointing. There is very little sun in the pool area and the decking arrangement makes it almost impossible to get to the shallow end without climbing under the steep stairway and over the protruding cleanout. Also the required alarm system only allows ten seconds to get out and close the door and reset the alarm making it difficult to take any food outside or have more than one person exit at a time. AMI was very responsive which was appreciated when the pool was not heating and the propane tanks were both empty. The home uses internet TV and the remotes use radio frequency which can cause tv's to come on in another room than expected.

A++ experience at this rental property!! My fellow travelers continue to rave about our stay, I asked my group for feedback to share on this review and here are some comments: BEAUTIFUL home and location was so so perfect, close to the beach we could pop back and forth for food or drinks without even packing a cooler. Comfortable beds and pillows! The pool area was super nice! The cleanliness of the home was great, spotless floors and showers when we checked in which is really important. So much room for activities! The rooftop deck had great views. My two cents: It's a newly built rental home and everything was brand new inside, the kitchen was laid out great for our large group to cook and eat, and connect while we shared the space. Everyone was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom, which is a big plus when traveling with friends. The location is unbeatable and very close to the best beach in the world. Management co was great and all the info about the home we needed was available when we checked in, and they even called before we arrived to make sure we were good. Overall I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Book it, you won't regret it!
