This property was clean and a perfect weekend getaway! Will definitely be back.

The entire process was amazing, from booking, getting answers to our questions, to the entire stay. Amazing view, comfortable beds and furniture. Large patio with 2 picnic tables, swings by the waterfront. We ended up being 7 adults and 4 grown children and there was plenty room for more. One member of our group has mobility issues, she clearly expressed not missing out on anything due to the amazing view from the cabin and the patio. Already planning our next trip!!!

Best place by far we’ve ever stayed at! Property was absolutely beautiful, the pictures on VRBO don’t do it justice. There’s so many things for you and your family to have a good time.
The only downside is the big old hill, trying to walk up it after a few cocktails is pure torture for the older folks!!
We lost power on the Saturday due to a storm, but we still had the best time. The agents brought us candles, water and drinks.
If you’re looking for something enjoyable for your family or a get together amongst friends then this is definitely the place. Can’t wait to book again!

Well stocked, just as described. No air hockey or skeetball but with foosball, pool table, and ping pong we didnt even miss it. Kitchen has just about any appliance you may need as well as plenty of silverware, pots, pans and kitchen and grilling utensils. This place was really perfect both inside and out for our big family. Nice private boat launch, kayaks, and plenty of nice places to fish right off the docks or bank. Beautiful sunsets. Covered outdoor are with plenty of seating and a nice smoker. Very peaceful.

Group of old friends getting together for the weekend. Beautiful views, plenty of space. Owners were great and easy to communicate with! We want to make this a yearly getaway.

I came here to celebrate my 20th birthday. We had a group of 12 friends and had a blast. Pictures don’t even do it justice. There is plenty of sleeping spots and space. There is plenty of outdoor seating as well. I would 100% come back here. Perfect for a group of friends. Easy communication with owner as well!

This property was absolutely perfect! The size, the cleanliness, location & especially the attention to every detail! We loved the dock & the kayaks! We will definitely be back to this gem again!

The house was perfect for our group of guys! Plenty of room inside and outside! We had 4 trucks with boats and had no issues. We all enjoyed the game room during the heat of the day. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family had a great week! We had 4 couples and 6 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone. The game tables were a hit for all ages! The house being on a hill was a chore to climb back and forth, lol. The only thing we really would have liked is a ladder off the dock. The only way out of the lake is the slippery boat landing. We are definitely looking forward to next year already.

This was my second time staying at the Cajun party place. It is the perfect spot for a bachelor trip like my first visit or just a family trip like this last visit. The accommodations and amenities are great. I’m looking forward to booking our next trip soon.

Such a beautiful home! Spectacular views of Toledo Bend Sunsets. Book this home if you want a peaceful, enjoyable week or weekend. The home is well stocked and plenty of room for a fun time. The boat ramp, dock and pier was all perfect.

Good view of cove, somewhat blocked from south wind so water wasn't crazy while main lake was white capping. Quite neighborhood.

Wife and I had children and grandchildren stay and Thanksgiving meal with East Texas families. Sleeping was good for the ten of us. The great room is huge with a pool table foosball table and pink pong table. Great place to hold large gatherings. Our hosts communicated quickly on any questions we had Will do again!

We rent a place on Toledo Bend every year for the Fourth of July. By far this was the best place! Very open and spacious, lots of entertainment for kids. Cajun Party Place had everything we needed and more.

Very nice place. Stayed one night but unfortunately the A/C went out and we had to move to a different location. The host was very helpful in finding us another place to stay. We will definitely be booking this place again even though we couldn’t enjoy our entire weekend there.

Plenty of room; view AWESOME. Kids enjoyed being able to play pool and air hockey. We were also able to play in the lake. A great family place.

House was as described and very clean. Extremely quiet area and secluded. Had a great time. Only complaint was the inability to launch our boats on the property or bring boats to property via the boat lanes even with lake level at 167.5 msl. There is another boat launch close that is good to 163 msl. The bugs at night and early am were unreal. Would recommend staying at the location. Great time and relaxing.
