Good location, arcades we’re open for the kids.

The gas went which meant we had no hot water, for showers, no oven and hobs and no heating for over 24 hours. I messaged the host through booking.com to ask for help, my reply was that they were looking into it and they would come back to me with an update. I never got an update. We started to pack the car up to come home early when another person from the site said if I call the security, they can get the gas back on now as the issue had been fixed. Luckily that worked but it was over 24 hours with no hot water or heating with 5 kids. Not great really
