location is good nothing else

rooms and complete property is not maintained and not clean at all.. and staff attitude is also very bad .. and I had to change my room because it was not at all clean and they refused to change the room.

Room was sub par, the power went off at regular intervals, bathroom were dirty. Overall the stay was very dissatisfying

it is not upto a 5 star standard. and surely not for the amount they charge. breakfast was very average.

Break fast was not good.

Being 5 star property should provide shuttle service. Mentioned rooms garden facing but there is no garden.Basic facilities viz locker was not there. Toiletries were not as per property. Staff shortage noticed. Response time for any service was very poor. Stayed in other 5 star properties but experience in this property was disappointing. It was not worth for money paid.

nothing , it was amongst the worst trips of my life

the staff was non courteous, bills were raised without any checking , someone else’s items were billed to us , no receipt of payment was provided even after asking multiple times . we were told it will be mailed to you . i saw people accusing the staff of stealing money from rooms . today morning before breakfast someone created a ruckus because he wasn’t being given any service. the same thing happened yesterday also , i saw a guest shouting. they make you pay in advance and then you feel trapped .
