Mold, handicap room only had a tub, foreign matter on the wall in the bathroom, carpets had not been vacuumed and a blood spot on the mattress. The electrical issues are certainly a problem. When speaking to the , ‘front desk’, asking them to please clean our bathroom. He indicated they steam clean everyday! Missed our room!! When they cleaned our bathroom,
Quite apparently the only thing they had done was wipe, some of the foreign matter and appeared to have been mopped. When we returned that afternoon, that’s how we found our room again barely cleaned. Going back to the desk, he told me it was clean and that he saw nothing, I wondered how he lives. He also told me I was too picky… Please go check out this hotel before you have it on your website. I just wish I had read all the reviews. They say the same thing back to 2022.

The space was roomy and very comfortable. I especially loved the amenities as a small refrigerator kitchenette was included. I would absolutely recommend them for a friend or family that needed a place to stay nice accommodations and nice people.

We had our dog, so it was a pet room. It was clean. No doggy pee or pooh smells. It was clean enough. The heater wasn't working and we asked for a blanket and they gave us a super thin blanket. The old guy, we checked in with (quite possibly the owner) was a bit of a grump. The young guy during the day was very wonderful and polite. Overall, for the price and just a bed and shower it was good. The pool/hot tub didn't look that great, so we didn't even 'go there'. Breakfast hot eggs/sausage, juice, etc. Was definitely better than expected.

I had a great stay at the Baymont. It's an older hotel and definitely needs some updates but my room was very spacious, the front desk staff was so helpful every time I had questions, the breakfast was not the best but it was at least there and free, and it was a quick 3 minute drive to the downtown. And the price was great! I would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at the Baymont. It's an older hotel and definitely needs some updates but my room was very spacious, the front desk staff was so helpful every time I had questions, the breakfast was not the best but it was at least there and free, and it was a quick 3 minute drive to the downtown. And the price was great! I would definitely stay here again!

The staff at this property was friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night, but it was comfortable. We got up and had a very tasty breakfast. It was an enjoyable experience.

Older gentleman up front checking in very disrespectful. Room smelled really bad and wasn’t clean. Asked for a new room and it was a very big hassle for the old gentleman working upfront. Area outside the hotel was not safe, a lot of drunks walking around. Would not go there again.

Ceiling in bathroom looked like they just threw mud to patch a hole. Carpet was dirty all around the edges. Told staff toilet plugged, they had me go into women’s bathroom to get plunger to fix myself. Had to ask both times I went to get coffee for them to make it.

The hotel has a lovely lobby. The front desk staff was friendly. The room was in need of some help. The carpets were stained and stretched. The bathroom had some obvious patching done. The sealant around the bottom of the tub was stained or dirty. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were very small.
The breakfast lacked options for a diabetic, like myself. I was pretty much limited to the scrambled eggs. The coffee, on the other hand, was very good.
The location of the hotel is a long but doable walk from the beautiful waterfront.
It is close to I90.
In general, the hotel was good and we would stay there again.

At first glance, the hotel looks very nice from the outside. But I soon noticed how unkept the grounds were. A lot of weeds and plants growing out of control. The room was nice and spacious, but the bathroom ceiling fan was very noisy. The owners should give this place a facelift. It could be a much better place to stay.
