The staff didn't provide any written or verbal information about my stay. They didn't tell me that to open the door to my room I had to pull the door handle UP! Never in all my travels has that happened. I had to return to the desk, with my bags, to find out why my door was still locked from the inside. Also, they never told me about where and when breakfast would be. So strange. The hotel room was outdated. There wasn't a toilet paper dispenser. Just a square hole where it should have been ..with the toilet paper roll on the sink counter. The bed was on a high base and had no side support. This made it very difficult for me to climb in. There were hairs on the shower walls, and eyelash in one of the coffee cups and I found someone's vape next to the nightstand. The towels smelled like they've spent a few days in a greasy kitchen. Lastly, they provided a coffee maker and coffee in the room, but no sugar or creamer...and a Day's Inn pen, but no paper. Oh, and the garbage can didn't have a liner.

Very clean room. Not perfect a few inconsistent fixer ups to the room but all in all a great stay. Would stay again. Very peaceful, bed was comfy.

Affordable and clean

I always enjoy staying her the stuff are nice and polite always willing to help. I never get any bad experience here the first floor rooms are the best always clean the second floor the beds are so uncomfortable and the one hallways always smells like cigarettes. But overall it’s a 10/10 they never disappoint

The place was not the cleanest, not many tv channels, lost tv for half a day as well as lost all power for a couple of hours in the evening. Also not much of a selection for breakfast.

Due to flight delays, I was not able to Check in until 1 AM in the morning. When I got in my room, it was freezing cold and everything felt damp - the bed the covers, the carpet, the bathroom floor. Even my clothes were damp after laying them on the bed. It was much too late to try to change rooms. Following morning, I put in a request to change my room In the front desk said they should have a room available after 3 o’clock that day. When I returned from the hospital where my father is severely ill, I requested the room change stating I was told that morning it could happen. Two gentlemen at the front desk asked why. I told him it was cold and damp when I arrived, and the rent was still damp when I returned. They did not change my room instead I was escorted to my room where the gentleman reset the air conditioner. It did resolve the situation, but I was frustrated with the entire experience. The hotel layout is strange and the walk to your room can be very long. On top of that, the pattern in the hall carpet makes you dizzy.

Less parking

Bathroom and toilet were filthy when I checked in. Hotel halls and floors were damaged and dirty. Outside doors that had key card entry wouldn’t lock. Fitness center was locked throughout the day and dirty inside.

I liked the location of the property. It was convenient and safe. I did not like our first room. It was loud ( the bathroom ceiling fan was on the entire time). We couldn't sleep well. There was construction and the elevator was out of order. However, the next morning we asked to change rooms and they gave us a very nice room that truly made up for the inconveniences.

They need yo clean better the bathrooms. Really concerned about it. Is not healthy to be in a tube dirty or not desinfected

Easy access

My room had dirty and used towels, two opened water bottles and the AC system did not work at all

Don’t plan on eating breakfast here. At 7AM there was cereal…. 🤔

Good stay for the price. Clean. The elevator wasn’t working but its just two floors up so not a big deal i guess.

Free parking. The hotel was quiet. In an earlier review I noted the the water was lukewarm. On 2 occasions at night it was lukewarm but all other times it was hot. A nice hotel with good value.
