Do not stay here, the property looks nothing like the pictures. The bathroom had mold and it was falling apart. We asked the front desk to change our room, he refused to and was very rude. As we’re speaking to him another guest comes and complains about the condition of their room.

Dirty rooms, had to change rooms and staff argued that sheets and walls weren’t dirty and didn’t have blood on them

Worst experience. first there was no parking because they were under construction. So they directed us to a parking garage that wanted $80 a day. That’s crazy. The elevator was sketchy felt like it was about to give out any day now . And the lobby has homeless people sleeping against the wall on the ground floor not what I was expecting at all . Never again

First off the lobby smelled so badly.. the smell was coming from the person at the front desk.. Then my door didn’t work, went down to tell them he answered it’s not that hard to open a door. When he went to open it realized the key pad attavjed to the door was dead. I been there about 6 times this summer and everytime their pool is under maintenance.. I think they keep it closed to not clean it and also no breakfast everytime I been there.

It seems it is sort of the scam. The photos advised on Expedia DO NOT MATCH the reality. Since last terrible reviews they improved, however NOT up to my acceptable level. They refunded my stay - so at least they have been fare about it. It seems to be place is owned/managed by Indians/Hindu and it is common scam standard to getter as many customers to this place as possible w/ those unreal photos. It is cleaner than previous photos, the pool was operational. They R still improving it ....

We rented a room in this hotel for three nights, and were very unhappy with the experience. HOTELS.COM listed this property as having an outdoor pool and free breakfast included. When we checked in, there were signs posted that the pool was closed indefinitely and the breakfast was "under renovation." So, no pool, no breakfast. The front desk attendant was unapologetic and uncaring about it. In fact, I went down to get change for the vending machine, and he unjustly accused me of trying to give him a counterfeit $5.00 bill. I had to point out and explain to him the watermark and features of authentic currency, but to no effect. He was busy arguing with two other guests, one who claimed his room had no pillows, and another who's reservation was cancelled without her knowledge. In the room, the odor of weed was strong, the mattress was very past its prime, no cushion at all, just the sagging twanging springs typical of inhospitable hotels everywhere. Room service never showed up once, only on the last day 10 minutes before check out. We had to fight to get two pathetically thin towels during our stay. There were sketchy characters looming around outside all night each night, which clearly doesnt bother the staff but is very unnerving to guests. With so many other competing hotels in the area, you'd think that each would be doing all they can to be the best on the road, earn positive reviews, repeat and referral business, but Quality Inn in Wayne is certainly not one of them.
